Women committing mass suicide in Sudan
“Over 100 women committed suicide so they can protect themselves from the RSF’s sexual violence.” In other posts on X, activists said that more than 130 women committed mass suicide …
“In a single village in Al Jazirah state, central Sudan, more than 500 people have been killed, the RSF have lined all the men in the village and killed each one of them.” “Bodies are scattered in the street.”
Human Rights Watch also reported that women and girls in Khartoum and neighbouring cities are being held and used by the RSF in terrible conditions that could "amount to sexual slavery".

No word from the 'Uncommitted' movement at time of reporting.

I guess death will prevent you from becoming a victim? Be your own victim. Ridiculous.

The far left only cares if they can somehow blame Israel for it. You won't see any campus protests over this.

the same thing happened during Mother's bridge game last week.

The situation there for these women is truly hell on earth. Aid can’t even get thru. DL probably not the venue to learn about it but it’s as bad as what the Russians did to Bucha in the Ukraine, except in many parts of Sudan it’s ongoing.

Are we sending the RSF arms and billions too? Oh wait, the U.S is imposing sanctions. Maybe that's why, ya troll.

R3, Are you really that stupid? Like, non-sentient stupid? Suicide is very unlikely to include gang rape, torture, and mutilation.

The answer is yes. Yes, I am that stupid.

Quick question. When isn't rape and sexual assault of women and children used as a weapon during war?

Your point, r14?

My point, cunt at R18, is the article states, "Shocking reports continue to emerge from Sudan on rape and sexual assaults that are used as a war weapon against women and females by Sudan's warring parties"
Thats like an article stating "shocking reports continue to emerge from Ukraine on guns and grenades and missiles that are used as a war weapon against enemies "
It's redundant and not at all shocking. It's more shocking if it didn't happen, which is never.

It's not surprising, r19, but it's shocking every single time it happens, cunt.

It's devastating, R23. What is happening to th3 Sudanese and women living under the Taliban is straight out of a horror movie. And you NEVER hear about these atrocities on the news. Only about Palestine.
I actually remember Allison Janney's character on The West Wing having an Emmy-contender speech about this exact issue.
