How confident are you Democrats will take back the House?

How confident are you Hakeem Jeffries will be our Speaker of the House?

by Anonymousreply 10October 30, 2024 3:30 PM

Mike Johnson is an evil little fuck.

Nothing between 100% confident and doom?

Leave the polling to subtler thinkers.

by Anonymousreply 2October 30, 2024 2:50 PM

Yeah, I voted for MAGA because I can't be 100% confident about the House, though I certainly think it's possible.

Dumb construction on the poll, unless OP just wanted a feel good.

House will for sure flip, it's the Senate that will probably stay red. Which will suck because absolutely nothing will get done for two years, it'll just be one government shutdown after another. And we all know what happens to the sitting president's party in the midterms.

*turn red

by Anonymousreply 5October 30, 2024 2:55 PM

We will win both House and Senate.

by Anonymousreply 6October 30, 2024 2:57 PM

R6, I think if we win won we will win the other.

by Anonymousreply 7October 30, 2024 3:00 PM

The Senate prove interesting, even if it goes red. Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins may not be as onboard with the rest of their party as Republicans would like.

by Anonymousreply 8October 30, 2024 3:01 PM

Anything is possible, like sending the odious Rafael Cruz and Rick Scott to the unemployment line. I wouldn't be so sure Democrats hold the Senate. I think for sure the House will flip back to Democrats.

On the other hand, the split ticket voters concern me. I'm being Suze Collins here.

by Anonymousreply 9October 30, 2024 3:14 PM

R4, the senate is currently BLUE.
