Dad with Brofro and large bulge wakes up from 39 year coma
by Anonymous | reply 31 | November 1, 2024 11:43 AM |
A lot of 1980 was good for me, so I would be okay with this.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | October 29, 2024 11:07 PM |
It’s seems too unbelievable. For one thing, How could his legs work?
by Anonymous | reply 2 | October 29, 2024 11:23 PM |
Life will seem like a sci-fi movie to him.

This is a confusingly written story, not helped by OP's inaccurate heading. He didn't wake up from a 39-year coma. He went into a coma in 2019 and came out of it with his memories erased going back to 1980.

Thank you R4, I was just coming here to post that same reaction. Totally agree, I had to read the article a few times to make any sort of sense.

What bulge?

Didnt this hapoen to Liz Lemon's brother on 30 rock?

Ho

Shit
I read that whole fucking DailyMail article thinking this dude was in a coma since the 80s. 😂 😳🤦♂️

Lucky for him he wasn't in Canada. They would have offed him a year ago.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | October 30, 2024 12:38 AM |
A well-timed coma, missing COVID.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | October 30, 2024 12:43 AM |
He didn't miss Covid, R11. He was knocked down in a hit-and-run in 2019 and woke up an hour later without his memories of the previous 39 years.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | October 30, 2024 12:59 AM |
Wow. I couldn't imagine being in a coma for 39 years. It's hard enough to get out of bed after 8 hours.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | October 30, 2024 1:00 AM |
Thanks, I misread the story.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | October 30, 2024 1:54 AM |
I can’t believe he was in a coma for 39 years!
by Anonymous | reply 15 | October 30, 2024 1:57 AM |
OP, you're not very bright
by Anonymous | reply 16 | October 30, 2024 2:00 AM |
I don't see any bulge photo at all.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | October 30, 2024 2:01 AM |
Now that I've read R7's story I realize this guy never was in a coma at all. He just lost his memory after being knocked unconscious for an hour. The DailyMail and OP suck ass.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | October 30, 2024 2:04 AM |
It's an interesting storyline to think about, though. Imagine looking in a mirror for the first time after nearly forty years. Oh, the horror!
by Anonymous | reply 19 | October 30, 2024 2:26 AM |
OP must be hung like a Ken doll.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | October 30, 2024 4:10 AM |
Stuck in 1980? That's most of the posters here at DL.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | October 30, 2024 4:29 AM |
How are his legs still working after 39 years in a coma?!?!

I reported the mess DM wrote, for fun.
But I didn't invent the big bulge. Click the photo. Thick VPL nub and two hefty nuts, one on each side.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | October 30, 2024 8:36 AM |
R7 posted a better article. He wasn't in a 39 year coma - the accident happened in 2019, he was out for an HOUR. He lost decades of memory.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | October 30, 2024 1:07 PM |
I'll ignore the blatant falsities in the title and opening paragraph of the mess of an article shared by OP.
What I'd like to know is: at first, it says he was introduced to his mother at the hospital. Then later, he's quoted as saying his mother had died prior to the accident and that he doesn't remember going to her funeral?
Whoever wrote this needs to to be punched in the face, along with those who approved it for publication.
I did get a kick out of this comment though:
[quote]Interesting fact. Back in the 80's, journalists were required to be qualified, and above the age of 6.
