Terry has said, many times on my show, that her biggest accomplishment was giving birth to her son Johnny. Who as we all know, played guitar in seminal 90s Brit Pop band The Smiths. Which is why we now have West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrissey on the line. Hello, Pat! How are you holding up today with the news of your best friend's mother's passing?

Terri’s third cousin Janet Jackson weighs in.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | October 30, 2024 7:51 PM |
I’m told Teri suffered from multiple sclerosis, not muscular dystrophy. That must be a relief to her family. Still, I’m sure Jerry would extend his deepest sympathies were he still with us. So, Damian—what brings you to the studio on this sad, sad day?

Jerry finally lets us know if the tatas were real.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | October 30, 2024 8:11 PM |
I guess that's the issue with missing out on the College Experience™ which is when those of us who were too timid in high school to explore got real curious and serious about finally figuring out what our dicks were whispering us towards. By 19, pretty much every budding college gayling has at least kissed another guy. If he skipped all that, they I still think he has known this whole time but maybe he hasn't had the normal avenues of private exploration afforded him.
I dunno, honestly I think he's been a WeHo slut for years. And this is ridiculous meandering PR hide-and-seek BULLSHIT.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | October 30, 2024 8:12 PM |
Didn't she have a sister named CeCe Garr?
She was smoking!
by Anonymous | reply 40 | October 30, 2024 8:39 PM |

Liza, I loved you on Broadway at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York, New York. Wasn’t Teri Garr your Tony competition for her role in Tootsie? I loved that show, too. Dustin Hoffman in drag just worked for me.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | October 30, 2024 10:49 PM |
o.m.g. #therealdeadterigarr would totally love these quips !
by Anonymous | reply 50 | October 30, 2024 11:03 PM |
Why is Teri Garr so revered? I liked her enough in some of the roles she was in, but she was never a huge star or anything special.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | October 30, 2024 11:14 PM |
And with us is actress Terri Schiavo, who discusses her breakout role in "Mr. Mom." Terri, are you there?................ Terri? Hello? Is this thing on?
by Anonymous | reply 52 | October 30, 2024 11:27 PM |
R51 You're right in that she wasn't a megastar.
She was naturally charming, funny and warm, 3 things you don't always get together in one package. She could make even a ho hum talk show experience very watchable.
She had the natural, effortless ability to light up the screen. She may have been stunningly beautiful in her youth but there was also a feeling of her being One of Us, not an unreachable glamour superstar.
Apparently, she was also just a nice and decent human being, another rarity in H'wood.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | October 30, 2024 11:38 PM |
[quote] Why is Teri Garr so revered? I liked her enough in some of the roles she was in, but she was never a huge star or anything special.
Maybe watch "After Hours." I loved her character in that. She was a hilarious PITA.
She was as good-looking as Blake Lively, maybe better-looking. Yet, Blake Lively has been revealed as letting fame go to her head.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | October 30, 2024 11:45 PM |
Teri Gibbs sister of The Bee Gees is here to sing her country smash nobody’s knockin!

by Anonymous | reply 56 | October 31, 2024 1:56 AM |
R51 Terri Garr had incredible comic timing and a unique delivery that was totally her own thing. Her delivery was her calling card, it was just so charming and lovable. Can't even describe it, but she had her own thing that no one has ever replicated.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | October 31, 2024 3:13 AM |
Lisa Kudrow reminds me of Teri Garr.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | October 31, 2024 4:14 AM |
R58 I guess that was good casting that Teri played Lisa's mom on Friends.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | October 31, 2024 5:15 AM |

Join us as we take a look into the life and career of Greta “Teri” Garrbo, a star like no other (and a pussy that could squeeze a nickel out of a penny).

And we're back. Joining us now is William Shatner, star of Star Trek. Teri was in a third season episode of that beloved series and William is here to share his memories.
Bill, welcome to the show. Teri Gar, Joey Heatherton and Carol Lynley. Three of the beauties of the late 1960s, early 1970s. Hubba, Hubba. Hubba.
Bill, tell me. Of those three women, how many did you sleep with? Which was the best in bed? And don't spare the details.

We mourn today the tragic loss of Lady Garr Garr. The legend who gave Tony Bennett his start in showbiz, who appeared with Kris Krustacean in the best ever version of 'A Star Is Born.' We'll be talking with Kris soon, but first up - Liza, don't you think it's weird that Garr Garr is gone, but you're still here?
by Anonymous | reply 66 | October 31, 2024 8:03 AM |
And we are putting a call in to Art Garfunkel. We’re not sure whether or not he was a fan, but we’ll find out!
If we can’t get ahold of Art Garfunkel, we’ll try Paul Simon.
