As per the Supreme Court, which has told RFK He he can’t abort his candidacy, he has to carry it to term.
But who will it help more-Trump or Harris?

Why wouldn't he be able to abort his candidacy? And if that were true, why would he only remain on the ballot in "some battleground states?"
Do you know what you're talking about? Because this makes no sense to me.

Ballots need to be printed, mailed out, and returned.
Electronic voting needs to be programmed.
Once the ballot is locked, they can't just go in and make changes.

States have different rules about how late a name can be removed from a ballot. He missed that deadline in several states. That's why it's not all or nothing.

^^^But then why is it just coming out now that he will remain on the ballot in certain states, rather than weeks ago when he dropped out of the race?

If you had kept up r4, you would have known this has been a process going on since August from the state level until it got to this point.
It's sad that you're badgering and hostile because of/despite of your self-professed ignorance.
[QUOTE]Kennedy suspended his longshot presidential campaign in August and had warned that listing his name on the ballot risked misrepresenting to voters his willingness to serve if elected to the White House. After ending his candidacy, Kennedy threw his support behind former President Donald Trump and began working to have his name taken off the ballots in 10 states.

Because he sued to have his name removed from the ballots on the state elections where he could hurt Trump. Not caring about the cost to reprint/remail (tax payers' expense, of course!) nor how it might cause delays in certification of winners of election races. Why would those details matter to Brainworm Bob, R4?

It will help Harris. He’ll be an alternative for those who hate Trump but don’t want to vote for Kamala. We’d never get their vote anyway so we’re not losing it.

Not really, r9. They didn't like his sane nephew so much. Everyone hits a limit.

I look forward to the day this asshole's only mention is the newest lawsuit he's mentioned in (as a plantiff) aimed at a shoddy supplement company for which he does infomercials.
"MEN! ARE YOU FALTERING IN THE BEDROOM? ONLY HAVE ONE HOE SENDING YOU NUDES? HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THE ENERGY TO SKIN THAT DEER YOU HIT WITH YOUR VOLVO, THAT YOU BROUGHT HOME FOR LATER? I WAS LIKE THAT TOO UNTIL I STARTED INJECTING MYSELF WITH GROUND UP UNICORN ASS HAIR. YOU'RE LUCKY, IT NOW COMES IN CAPSULE FORM, $329.99 FOR A THREE MONTH SUPPLY. PURCHASE TODAY AND I'LL THROW IN AN AUTOGRAPHED PHOTO OF ME DOING SHIRTLESS CHIN-UPS AND COPIES OF ALL OF OLIVIA NUZZI'S BEAVER SHOTS!"

I only know of one RFK supporter and that is a neighbor who has an RFK sign in his window. after RFK cancelled he also now has a trump poster, the only one in my neighborhood. from that I presume that RFK on the ballot will only help Harris, not hinder

RFK Jr. reached out to Harris campaign about administration role in exchange for endorsement

He was on my ballot (CA). I was surprised to see his name there.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | October 30, 2024 12:01 PM |
I would vote for Harris to help keep this from happening, were all other things between her and Trump equal.
"RFK Jr. said tonight that Trump “has promised me” control of HHS & “its sub-agencies” as well as the Dept. Of Agriculture"

Recall, Bobbie, that what trumpie promises often turns out to not be what you end up with
