I think Trump is too well known for his numbers to change much. Everyone knows how much of an asshole he is and that either matters to a voter or not.

A truly shocking scandal on Kamala's side could decrease her turnout enough to matter, but I don't see that happening.

That’s one of Trump’s standard insults. He probably figures he uses drugs so everybody else does and anyway it just sounds bad. There is no reason to believe it.
