My neighbor and I feed (fixed) strays and none are as nasty as Max. My neighbor has a gray that's territorial and he patrols but he keeps cats from staying on the property. Eat but leave.
Max is probably not fixed. But, he's probably a psychopath even if neutered. Cats lean that way, so.
