A new-to-me very good reason: I want to see, or not see, all the former Presidents, GOP establishment, and top foreign dignitaries who decide not to attend his funeral. Who let his family and the world know he's not worthy of that ultimate respect. Sad that the Felon won't know, but such a mass-snub will be a powerful civilised statement of enduring global contempt.
