While I am sure they have no intention of living there, I would be shocked if the co-op board could stop them once the court ordered that it be turned over to them.

Once it has been fumigated thoroughly, the victims will be able to secure a good price for it.

The co-op can’t block the transfer of ownership, but they could make them sell. Chances are they cannot afford the monthly charges.

Also, filing a lawsuit doesn’t give you a claim on someone’s assets. You have to win.

As a poor kid from TX doing tourist stuff with my folks in Hollywood, we saw MTM driving a red one (top-down).

So very cool.

The only problem is that the lawyers will take $2 million of the legal fees owed, PLUS their cut of the settlement first - so these two may not see hardly any money from this. Giuliani is supposed to pay the $2 million legal fees as well.

The lawyers get paid first - trust and believe.

The co-op board will be pleased to get rid of Guiliani - he's become a totally different person that when he was the former Mayor.
