This sounds like a fun idea for a sitcom
Giuliani must give his Manhattan penthouse to Georgia poll workers
by Anonymous | reply 59 | November 26, 2024 12:57 PM |
I’m not sure the co-op board is going to approve.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | October 22, 2024 8:14 PM |
Lol! We were joking last year about the two of them throwing a BBQ party in his penthouse, and now it's actually happening.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | October 22, 2024 8:17 PM |
ETTD
by Anonymous | reply 3 | October 22, 2024 8:18 PM |
If I were on that co-op board they’d be welcomed with open arms, though I imagine they will sell it.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | October 22, 2024 8:26 PM |
R1, they're planning to sell the place, not live there. More details at link.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | October 22, 2024 8:29 PM |
Hahaha....big sale on Just For Men Dark Brown #2.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | October 22, 2024 8:34 PM |
What are they gonna do with that new penthouse?
by Anonymous | reply 7 | October 22, 2024 8:35 PM |
Aide: Mr. President, Rudy Giuliani is on the phone for you.
DJT: I don't know him.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | October 22, 2024 8:38 PM |
r5 Don't need to live there to throw a party for one day.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | October 22, 2024 8:38 PM |
[quote]DJT: I don't know him.
Continued:
Aide: Mr. President, you *do* know him. We just discussed it 20 minutes ago. I'm increasingly concerned about your demen--
(Trump VICIOUSLY SLAPS the aide across her face!)
DJT: I AM NOT FUCKING DEMENTED, YOU RAGING BITCH!
Aide: Sir, I was going to say "dementia," not "demented."
(Trump's head explodes.)
by Anonymous | reply 10 | October 22, 2024 8:46 PM |
" Oh, we're moving on up to the east side, to a dee-luxe apartment in the sky..."
by Anonymous | reply 11 | October 22, 2024 9:10 PM |
While I am sure they have no intention of living there, I would be shocked if the co-op board could stop them once the court ordered that it be turned over to them.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | October 22, 2024 9:51 PM |
Once it has been fumigated thoroughly, the victims will be able to secure a good price for it.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | October 22, 2024 10:05 PM |
The co-op can’t block the transfer of ownership, but they could make them sell. Chances are they cannot afford the monthly charges.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | October 22, 2024 10:10 PM |
"they" are going to sell it, not live there!
by Anonymous | reply 15 | October 22, 2024 10:12 PM |
Perhaps the co-op board will let them burn some sage.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | October 22, 2024 10:30 PM |
Fried chicken this Sunday...and you're invited!!
by Anonymous | reply 17 | October 22, 2024 10:43 PM |
Good for them but I am wondering how that works, Rudy has several other people who are suing him, wouldn't they also have a claim to his property
Hunter Biden was suing Rudy over the laptop but apparently he dropped the lawsuit.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | October 22, 2024 10:45 PM |
From the DM article on this:
[quote] Judge Lewis Liman also ordered the former New York City mayor to turn over a model sl500 1980 Mercedes once owned by Hollywood icon Lauren Bacall.

If he were in bankruptcy, yes. But he was denied bankruptcy protection for not disclosing assets or cooperating with the court.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | October 22, 2024 11:01 PM |
Dominos on balcony and a big barbecue, cook some stinky chitlins and offer to the other residents, bring Georgia to NYC!!!!
by Anonymous | reply 21 | October 22, 2024 11:03 PM |
“Did you book a cleaner? I got the hors d’oeuvres! He’s gonna wish he never crossed us….”
by Anonymous | reply 22 | October 22, 2024 11:05 PM |
Also, filing a lawsuit doesn’t give you a claim on someone’s assets. You have to win.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | October 22, 2024 11:07 PM |
Trump also owes Giuliani millions in legal fees. Good luck with that!
by Anonymous | reply 24 | October 22, 2024 11:43 PM |
Suffer, motherfucker.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | October 23, 2024 12:01 AM |
[quote] Trump also owes Giuliani millions in legal fees
Not any more. He owes that money to them.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | October 23, 2024 12:29 AM |
R19 is that the car she used to search for Tuesday Morning?
by Anonymous | reply 27 | October 23, 2024 12:37 AM |
I wouldn’t want his penthouse full of his old man stink
by Anonymous | reply 28 | October 23, 2024 12:39 AM |
R19
500SLs were fabulous.
As a poor kid from TX doing tourist stuff with my folks in Hollywood, we saw MTM driving a red one (top-down).
So very cool.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | October 23, 2024 12:41 AM |
The only problem is that the lawyers will take $2 million of the legal fees owed, PLUS their cut of the settlement first - so these two may not see hardly any money from this. Giuliani is supposed to pay the $2 million legal fees as well.
The lawyers get paid first - trust and believe.
The co-op board will be pleased to get rid of Guiliani - he's become a totally different person that when he was the former Mayor.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | October 23, 2024 1:14 AM |
R30.
I suspect the humility is likely enough…they’ve also settled with entities with actual, real issues.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | October 23, 2024 1:36 AM |
Has Rick Wilson's message finally sunk in, Rudy?

A moving company representative and lawyers were expected to be given access to Rudy Giuliani’s Manhattan apartment after the former New York City mayor failed to turn over belongings to two former Georgia election workers who won a $148 million defamation judgment against him.".
by Anonymous | reply 33 | November 1, 2024 2:51 AM |
Was Ghouliani always a piece of shit but nobody noticed?
by Anonymous | reply 35 | November 1, 2024 4:31 AM |
I hope these ladies allow their legal representation to handle this and cash out the settlement.
Bad juju? I would not step foot in this guy's home. Too disgusting for words.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | November 1, 2024 4:43 AM |
Rudy owns a single car and it's a 1980 Mercedes SL once owned by Lauren Bacall. That's kind of cool.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | November 1, 2024 4:49 AM |
Brett! Clarence! Samuel- help me!!
by Anonymous | reply 38 | November 1, 2024 4:59 AM |
That sounds like a great sitcom premise😄
by Anonymous | reply 39 | November 1, 2024 5:28 AM |
Where is the old turd living these days?
And I doubt he has a big stash of money hidden somewhere overseas.
This fall from grace has been spectacular.
I'm wishing the same for Roger Stone. For some reason, of all these assholes, I hate him the most.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | November 1, 2024 12:23 PM |
That fucker is facing so many more lawsuits, and with his legal team bailing, this should be fun.
I hope he lives a very long life…inside of prison or on the streets.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | November 16, 2024 3:28 AM |
Trump will switch that right quick
by Anonymous | reply 43 | November 16, 2024 3:35 AM |
R43. Nope, civil and state-level charges.
Nothing criminal…yet.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | November 16, 2024 3:38 AM |
Mary! Why would a wealthy person defame others and put himself in this situation.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | November 16, 2024 3:53 AM |
He's always been a total piece of shit but now he's an elderly alcoholic, r45.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | November 16, 2024 7:36 AM |
[QUOTE] He's always been a total piece of shit but now he's an elderly alcoholic, [R45].
Mary! I had no idea. Need to make a film, a musical--something--about his tragic fall from grace.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | November 16, 2024 1:33 PM |
While I don't think this will actually happen, I picture Rudy panhandling on the street outside their building. These ladies drop a quarter in his cup before the doorman runs him off for the 100th time. The ladies exchange looks and giggle as they head off to shop while Rudy shuffles off
by Anonymous | reply 49 | November 22, 2024 7:01 PM |
Good. All these demons around Trump regarding election fraud and stupid ass Biden administration was too incompetent to put a criminal behind bars. Is stop the steal real or not. He had to be telling truth. Ain’t no way…
by Anonymous | reply 50 | November 22, 2024 7:14 PM |
This is fabulous news. Good to know at least that Giuliani has not gotten away with his crimes, even if it looks like Trump may do so.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | November 22, 2024 8:28 PM |
I wonder how Rudy Tooth refers to these election workers behind the scenes.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | November 22, 2024 8:42 PM |
Don't people who are fighting each other to be part of the "Trump Administration" realize that this is how everyone who gets involved with the fat fuck ends up?
by Anonymous | reply 53 | November 23, 2024 4:33 PM |
Does anyone actually believe those poll workers are going to live in that condo.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | November 24, 2024 3:44 PM |
No, but it's still fun to imagine it as a sitcom.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | November 24, 2024 5:21 PM |
They can sell it for some big dough......and laugh all the way to the bank.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | November 24, 2024 6:10 PM |
[quote]Does anyone actually believe those poll workers are going to live in that condo.
Do you actually believe that anyone here thought that they would? 🙄
by Anonymous | reply 57 | November 24, 2024 6:43 PM |
The amount of sage I’d burn to live there would make it a superfund site.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | November 24, 2024 9:30 PM |
R22, lol
