If Madonna had all the same surguries, Botox, filler, but just not effed with her lips, she'd look a million times better. Her cupid's bow lips were so cute, so recognizable. Those fake plastic lips makes her seem actually older, and are so desperate and lame. Never ever anticipated her going this route but here we are.

That get-up in OP's pic actually ages Madonna.

It's paradoxical, but to my eye, Madonna always seemed younger and fresher in more tailored, generously cut suits and dresses.

Exhibit A, being the suit she wears in the dancing portion of the "Vogue" video. And yes, in that era Madonna actually was young, in her prime, so anything she wore whether costume, streetwear, she looked fabulous.

But now, at her stage in life, she needs to resist wearing the cast-offs of Mamie Van Doren and stick to more tailored clothes. Properly cut and styled, those would actually make her look fresh.

I started to think maybe her new plastic surgery was still settling but she just looks a mess.

I hear you Della, and it sounds good on paper. But did you see Madonna at the 2023 Grammys? She looks uncomfortably stuffed into any tailored clothing she attempts. Her post-menopausal boobs are about three times as large as they were during her Vogue era. None of it works, nothing works.

R47 Cher was beautiful and didn’t go under the knife every other month because she is subconscious about her looks. I’m sure she had work done by like I said she was naturally pretty and didn’t go overboard.

No one should put that much effort into an outfit. It's trying too hard and embarrassing for everyone involved.
