I worked at McDonald's for two years when I was in high school almost 50 years ago. I would have a hard time proving it. I didn't retain my W-2s all those years ago. I doubt the McDonald's corporation has files because the franchiser was responsible for them. The franchiser died two decades ago. The only people that could verify my employment would be my fellow workers, and I ended contact with them when I went to college. Why would they take the time to do it now?

I was about to post that, of course, he was a fry cook....no way they'd let him near the cash register.
