Barbra Streisand to release another 'Duets' album this winter

According to sources, Streisand will be releasing yet another 'duet' album this coming January / February, with duets already recorded with Sting, Paul McCartney and Bob Dylan. Duets with Adele, Arianna Grande and Miley Cyrus have also been talked about the past few months, yet nothing has been confirmed.

This will be her third duet album in eleven years. The first two - released in 2014 and 2016 - gave her back-to-back #1 albums, solidifying her place as the only artist to have a #1 album in the US for six consecutive decades. If this third duet album hit the top, she will be the only artist to have a #1 album in 7 decades.

Where are her female peers? Where's Diana Ross, Gladys Knight, Patti Labelle?

The men are all legends but the women are current, much younger singers.

It's those younger female singers who drive the sales with their fan base. If she adds Taylor Swift or Beyonce to the list, she will surely have a #1 album.

I should also note one source reported that this recording session has been filmed as well, so a 'documentary special' on the recording of this DUETS project will also be available (I'm guessing on Netflix or MAX) at the same time.

She was supposed to do “anything you can do” with Madonna for her back to broadway album but it never came to be.
