Because someone thought it important to declare him "half-black," please know that his father is white and his mother, Naomi Wirthner, is "black/Jamaican" and white, and manifests a Jamaican-ethnic medley in personal adornment/expression.
That makes Frank Dillane "one-fourth black," or a quadroon (quarter-caste to the British), for people such as R2 to understand in terms suitable for their understanding.
