This is alleged in the book “Too real” by Dale Wheatley, the guy who made that embarrassingly terrible movie “Dons Plum” with Leo and Tobey in the 90s. L and T blocked the movie from being released as their careers were taking off and this guy has had an ax to grind ever since. Apparently actor Ethan Suplee of all people, filmed it or at least took some still photos according to court documents filed in relation to this movie not being released. He says Leo enjoyed humiliating her and was leading her on. He also insinuates that Leo/Toby were more than a little close in this book and also in past tweets.
