It seems like you should vote "yes" on one and "no" on the other. But, which way to go? '
I've read the for and against argument on both, but can't decide. It seems like No on 33 and Yes on 34 is a slightly better way to go. While I'm not a big fan of rent control, I think it's a necessary evil at this point in some areas of CA. However, I'm hesitating because when it's run amok, rent control has a lot of negative consequences.
Any thoughts?

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
