by Anonymousreply 1October 12, 2024 11:43 PM

I loved Donna as Roseanne Roseannadana.

by Anonymousreply 2October 12, 2024 11:51 PM

Jesus, she looks like someone pulled her through a pipe cleaner!

by Anonymousreply 3October 12, 2024 11:53 PM

Wasn't she the third Sweeney Sister?

by Anonymousreply 4October 12, 2024 11:55 PM

It's unfortune she got fired for sleeping with Dick Ebersol, but hey, it was the '80's.

by Anonymousreply 5October 12, 2024 11:55 PM

r3 How would anything get pulled THROUGH a pipe cleaner?

by Anonymousreply 6October 12, 2024 11:57 PM

OMG what happened to Steve Kmetko? He used to be hot, now he looks like Steve Bannon.

by Anonymousreply 7October 12, 2024 11:59 PM

r7 Age

by Anonymousreply 8October 13, 2024 12:00 AM

r6 = Dorothy Zbornak

by Anonymousreply 9October 13, 2024 12:02 AM

Saturday Night Fever (1977)

by Anonymousreply 10October 13, 2024 12:03 AM

Donna now looks a bit like Sarah Paulson.

by Anonymousreply 11October 13, 2024 12:08 AM

Former star of TV's 'Angie'!

by Anonymousreply 12October 13, 2024 12:11 AM

Celebrated costar of Murder, She Wrote episode, "Keep the Home Fries Burning"!

by Anonymousreply 13October 13, 2024 12:50 AM

Steve stuffed into that canary yellow chair!

by Anonymousreply 14October 13, 2024 12:55 AM

She appeared in this Capital One commercial with John Travolta last year.

Kmetko has lost it. He just referred to Pulp Fiction as Get Shorty.

by Anonymousreply 16October 13, 2024 1:01 AM

Perhaps OP is Steve Kmetko, R16.

by Anonymousreply 17October 13, 2024 1:02 AM

So far Pescow and Kmetko are neck and neck. She just actually claimed she won the NYFCC award for Saturday Night Fever. She was runner up.

by Anonymousreply 18October 13, 2024 1:04 AM

Kmetko could play Edna Turnblad.

by Anonymousreply 19October 13, 2024 1:11 AM

Donna could play Barbara Walters

by Anonymousreply 20October 13, 2024 1:13 AM

i had to look that one up....

Best Supporting Actress: Sissy Spacek - 3 Women

Runners-up: Vanessa Redgrave - Julia and Donna Pescow - Saturday Night Fever

by Anonymousreply 21October 13, 2024 1:24 AM

Donna was very good in The Sopranos (S6 E21)

by Anonymousreply 22October 13, 2024 4:31 AM

Steve should've juggled three apples and thrown one to her. She could've caught it and taken a big bite out of it. Then Steve could gaze into the distance and shake his head in good-natured exasperation. That Donna!

by Anonymousreply 23October 13, 2024 4:37 AM

Kmetko had a severe stroke, you assholes.

by Anonymousreply 24October 13, 2024 6:07 AM

Wasn't she amazing as the SNL Weekend Updates anchor in 1981?

by Anonymousreply 25October 13, 2024 6:10 AM

Has Datalounge ever had a Pescow troll? Feels like we would.

by Anonymousreply 26October 13, 2024 6:45 AM

I would’ve nominated Donna and Teri Garr for close encounters of the third kind over Quinn Cummings and Leslie Browne for best supporting actress in 1977. That would’ve been a great line up Melinda Dillon, Vanessa Redgrave and Tuesday Weld being the other 3 nominated.

by Anonymousreply 27October 13, 2024 6:52 AM

Donna had the best hair of the three, R21.

by Anonymousreply 28October 13, 2024 6:55 AM

Thanks, OP for posting that interview. She certainly seems like a lovely person. When I was a gayling watching “Angie,” I was so mesmerized by her that I actually took my eyes off Brad Hays!

by Anonymousreply 29October 13, 2024 7:41 AM

Donna is no Karen Lynn Gorney.

by Anonymousreply 30October 13, 2024 9:20 AM

by Anonymousreply 31October 13, 2024 4:21 PM

R30. I hate you, Tara Martin!

by Anonymousreply 32October 13, 2024 5:12 PM

She's worked steadily since doing SNF. I was pleasantly surprised when she was in that commercial with Travolta last year.

Angie could have easily run a couple of seasons had ABC fucked with its timeslot. It was a top five hit its first year.

by Anonymousreply 33October 13, 2024 6:45 PM

R33. And firing the dynamo ingenue Tammy Lauren was a huge nail in the coffin...

by Anonymousreply 34October 13, 2024 6:52 PM

Even Stevens!

by Anonymousreply 35October 13, 2024 7:39 PM

[quote] Oh, dear.

R31 Wow, I was so mesmerized by Donna Pescow that I mixed up a hot man’s name! Robert Hays played Brad Benson.

by Anonymousreply 36October 13, 2024 8:42 PM

I loved her in From Here to Eternity.
