OP here:
I rented an e-bike to ride around Stanley Park—it is super busy everywhere because it’s gorgeous and sunny. I hit a root which propelled me headfirst into a post and hard on the ground where I hit my head again.
Bike landed on top of me and pinned me. I was in the woods (to avoid people) and luckily a guy came by and asked me if I needed help. He lifted it off me and left with my thanks. I only sprang my index finger. Unreal.
