No. I had the doc up the dose, though, and had her give me Zofran (anti-nausea drug) for the occasional GI distress.

Too soon (less than five days) since the previous shot - meaning too much onboard - can cause low blood sugar.

You'll eventually build up a tolerance so don't up your dose until it stops working

Too much ups your chance of serious side effects like pancreatitis. I wouldn't.
