Why do people want to live in Florida?

Even my mother is thinking about moving down there. What’s the deal? Politically it’s a shithole, and on a yearly basis you have to deal with the possibility of your house blowing away. Plus the humidity……..

Is it really that desirable?

Sinkhole season, bath salt zombie episodes, MAGA boaters and voters, DeSatan, book bans, don't say gay, super high crime rates, Nazi parades in front of fuckling Disney World, I was sexually assaulted there when I was 17..

I hope they keep raising the insurance rates so the properties become worthless. The taxpayers shouldn't have to bail these idiots out who choose to live in a sea-level cyclone magnet when they know climate change will only make it worse.

I loved St. Pete when I first moved there in 1997.

Sadly, a lot has changed since then.

Old and narcissistic people running away from their problems to be around a whole bunch of people who ran from their problems. You probably spend a good deal of your life not being scammed or rectifying being scammed.
