According to Wikipedia, the biggest box-office bomb of all time was 'The Marvels', with losses of 237 million dollars. I would not be surprised if this outdoes it. Movies usually need to make 2.5-3 times their their headline budget to turn a profit. I don't think this will hit 200 million in gross, and that was the budget.
