How old is too old for one of these drugs?

I've tried both Cialis and Viagra -and a few other herbal things. Viagra didn't do a damn thing for me (tried various dosages) and I got a terrible headache. Cialis helps me to get hard, but it doesn't give me a rock-hard erection. Sometimes gives me a headache. Most every herbal/online pill comes with major headaches as well. The only one that doesn't is Bonerz from Boy Butter. The work as well as Cialis, for me. Try 'em all and see what works for you.

The viagra pills look to be ideal Father’s Day, birthday or holiday gifts from Daddy’s Girls according to some ads I’ve seen. It must be something California for daughters to be so invested in Pop’s sexual virility.

I regularly use Cialis when I know I’m going to service a power bottom and expectations on me are high. It works well I find, unless Viagra. I also like the long lasting effect (lasts for a weekend). However Cialis is no miracle cure; it won’t get you hard if you’re not properly aroused in the first place. Many times I remained soft and floppy because for some reason I wasn’t feeling it with the guy.

MASSIVE headache but otherwise very effective

Cialis has fewer side effects for me - no headache and no “flush” that Viagra gives.

I have taken both over the last 25 years or so. Cialis metabolizes slowly compared to Viagra, so my doc always prescribed Viagra.

However, a few years ago I was, unfortunately, diagnosed with CTEPH, which is treated with Revatio, whose generic name is sildenafil – the same as Viagra but with different dosages. When I used to take either of them, I felt flush, got a stuffy nose, and always got a headache a few hours later. Now that I take 80 mg. of sildenafil three times a day, those side effects have disappeared.

The upside of having CTEPH is that I’m always able to get hard and stay hard when needed due to the presence of sildenafil in my bloodstream at all times.

Doctor had a poster on the wall that said ask your Doctor about Cialis, so I asked him if a lot of people take that. He said some do, want to try some I have some free samples, so I figured why not.

Now I should probably tell you that I tend to have severe reactions to a lot of drugs, there are very few I can take without side effects and I should have known better. Fortunately I took one of that samples just to see what it would do, I didn't have anything planned with anyone. I took the Cialis and about a half hour later I felt like I was coming down with the worst head cold of my life. My head was throbbing, sinuses were running like an open faucet and I felt like I might die, I considered going to the ER but I couldn't face the embarrassment and I had never heard of anyone dying from taking Cialis. I felt so bad I don't even remember if I ever got hard. I drank as much water as I could and after a couple of hours the symptoms started to lessen. I never took the other samples he gave me and will never take any of that stuff again.

Now clearly my experience isn't normal plenty of people take them without problems but if you tend to have side effects from drugs I would say stay the hell away from them.

Same as most, it seems. With Viagra I felt flush, got a stuffy nose, and got a massive headache. I was prescribed a low dosage (5mg) of Cialis for BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) and a few of those (10-20mg) work well. I still get a stuffed nose, but my dick rises to the occasion.

But it's no instant hard-on; you have to be "turned on." If you're alone, porn works just as well.

But once you get a hard-on from either drug, and you come, whether from sex or masturbation, is it true that the hard-on unnaturally stays with you for hours and hours? Is that uncomfortable?

And is the hard-on before coming a pleasurable feeling like I once had when I was younger? Or is it more of a throbbing pain?

I use Sildenafil, the generic Viagra.

I only take a 20mg and the side effects aren't that bad, just a little congestion. I love it, I'm 44 and most of the time I can get hard without it but the pill gives me the extra 10% that makes topping much more enjoyable.

Once I get off it goes back down, but will pop back up again pretty easily if I get aroused again within the next few hours.

Like R12, I take 5mg tadalafil (generic Cialis) daily for BPH. I'm 59. I don't know how much of an effect it has on my ability to get an erection since I never really had a problem getting one to begin with. But it has affected me in a couple of other ways. First, my penis seems to stay slightly plump (but not hard) most of the time. Second, I wake up pretty much every morning with an erection, which is something that I haven't experienced regularly since my 20s.

I tried Viagra once when I was about 45 and it didn't do anything. Nothing whatsoever. I didn't need it anyway but got a free sample.

They work as well as Cialis for me -without the headache afterward. My only complaint is that I can get Cialis through insurance, so it's a helluva lot cheaper!
