Many White families fled to insufferably hot areas, such as Woodland Hills, when newly passed Fair Housing laws made it possible for minority families to purchase homes in some formerly all White portions of West L.A.
Interestingly, two generations later, the more enlightened grandchildren of the racist ex-pats are moving back into those better located areas of L.A.
The scum in the article likely are drawn, in part, from the spawn of those who originally absconded to The Valley.
