I think we're going to see a lot of "ironing out" and "maximization" of protocols for these drugs once the clinical trials are out there to support them. No matter how obviously successful these alternative dosages seem anecdotally, they still need to be backed up with Phase 3 clinical trials before they are approved by regulatory bodies.
