Terrible sad story, so unfortunate.
This type of trauma is one thing I worry about as I age. I know too many people who had accidents that reshaped their lives in an instant. This gentleman’s situation, falling 36’ through a trap door, is an extreme one. You would hope his needs were taken care of, but that’s unclear.
