You know, Cheesecake Factory gets a bad rap. The food is actually not bad for what it is. The ingredients are fresh and relatively high quality. The cooking is consistent, so you always know what you’re going to get. I had the hibachi steak from Cheesecake Factory once and it was honestly one of the best steaks I’ve had dining out.

I've never been able to get in to the one near me. The Heiffers line up early and the place is always crowded. Always.

I was visiting a friend in the suburbs recently and we ended up sitting at the bar at the Cheesecake Factory—I ended up being pretty impressed by the level of bartending; fresh juices, proper glassware, etc. Hot bartenders too.

First tie I ever went to one was at Caesar's Palace. I loved it.

I once had fettuccini Alfredo at the Cheesecake Factory and then a HUGE piece of cheesecake for dessert. I was beset with flatulence for days after. Their Shrimp Scampi is so much better than Olive Garden's.
