Diddy Accuser’s Attorney Says “High-Profile” Person Seen With Mogul in Pornographic Video
A lawyer for a new Sean “Diddy” Combs accuser claims that she’s been contacted about the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes,” specifically a pornographic video featuring the embattled hip-hop mogul, indicted last week on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, and someone “more high-profile” than the rapper and Bad Boy founder.
“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, … but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” Ariel Mitchell-Kidd said Friday on NewsNation’s Banfield. “I can tell the video was pornographic in nature. … This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”
Mitchell-Kidd also said she was contacted a few weeks ago by a new client who claims Combs raped her in 2018 and filed a police report at the time.
“She called me and told me about her assault and her escape,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”
Mitchell-Kidd claims her client learned Combs was planning on sex trafficking her when he arrived.
“It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.”
Mitchell-Kidd said her client was able to escape, running into the street, which was witnessed by a neighbor.

I read in his Wiki bio that he was name "Puff" by his family because he'd get so angry as a child, he'd "huff and puff." Dad, an associate of a drug dealer, was murdered was likely had sociopathic tendencies. Diddy likely got placated a lot during his tantrums and, as the only male in the house, probably got treated like a prince. Lots of reinforcement for bad behavior on top of being born with faulty wiring, IMO. And then the cash rolled in and the perception of invulnerability was born.
He reminds me of Trump in so many ways. When he was a toddler he was caught using the infant next door as target practice, throwing rocks at the crib his mom had put in the back yard so he could get fresh air. Born a bad seed.

R2, It's called "immense wealth." Once you can buy any object, what's left is to purchase humans.
Buy, control, assault, debase, hoard, sell, trade---and dispose of. Think about it: Depraved rich men (and women) aren't adopting their child sex slaves and putting them through college. More like dropping them into the Pacific Ocean. Or the Mediterranean. Or Thai brothels. Or deserts.

Perhaps Diddy was a "sex trafficker" - a trial will tell. He beats women, we've seen. However everyone who ever attended a wild party that had afters that were sex parties is not a sex trafficking degenerate. There is sex shaming in this story and just a light aroma of fear of the black male sex pest. Which all may be true.

It could be Will Smith, R45.
Will and Diddy hung around a lot together, and now that his former manager Brother Bilaal exposed his relationship with Duane Martin, it's safe to assume that he has been fucked by other men in the Hollywood scene.
Diddy might have filmed Will as a way to extort money from him or blackmail him, somewhere down the road.

Teak cake, the world first became aware of Diddy after he ran off with the money from the St John’s game that killed like seven people in a stampede. He over promoted it, and people got killed. He’s never been good.
The high profile person is probably Jennifer Lopez. There were blind items years and years ago about her at Diddy’s private high profile get together and being filmed with another woman.
They say the tape is what really precipitated the Ben and Jlo divorce. We will NEVER see the tape because I am sure she bought it. But at least they left bread crumbs to let us know it exists.

^ I wish I could find the BI, but it kept popping up in various places over there years. There were like a group of high profile celebrities, like five guys who would through these parties at hotels, or expensive rentals. They were one night things that only happened when their schedules worked. If you saw the list, you’d laugh now. These were high profile in the late 90s early aughts.
The rules were you had to bring someone for someone else to have sex with. Diddy brought JLo at the beginning of them going out. The party attendees got to watch Jlo have sex with a woman and it had long been rumored that this was on tape. I am sure that is not the only tape of her doing something. She was absolutely ravenous for fame and would do anything to anyone who could give it to her.

Fuck you and your father, Ignoramus r65.
Sean John Combs was born on November 4, 1969, in the Harlem neighborhood of New York City. Raised in Mount Vernon, New York,[19] his mother Janice Combs (née Smalls) was a model and teacher's assistant,[20] and his father, Melvin Earl Combs, served in the U.S. Air Force and was an associate of convicted New York drug dealer Frank Lucas.[19][21] At age 33, Melvin was shot dead while sitting in his car on Central Park West, when Combs was two years old.[22] Combs has a sister, and grew up in poverty.[23][24]
Combs was raised Catholic and served as an altar boy.[25] He graduated from Mount Saint Michael Academy, an all-boys Catholic school, in 1987. He played football for the academy, and his team won a division title in 1986.[26] Combs said he was given the nickname "Puff" as a child, because he would "huff and puff" when he was angry.[27]

Ever since Diddy was arrested for racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, internet users have somewhat tastelessly tried to link other celebrities to his heinous activity who have not been named in any lawsuits. The pseudo witch hunters were seemingly on to something, as one of his recent accuser’s attorneys learned that a “more high-profile” person was featured in one of his pornographic videos.
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd represents a woman who claims that the Bad Boy founder raped her in 2018 and appeared on NewsNation’s Banfield this past Friday (Sept. 27) to discuss what the woman allegedly endured, plus the potential sale of the sex tape mentioned above. “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.”
She stated that the video was recorded at his home in Atlanta, was “pornographic in nature,” and that the person in the video did not seem aware of the fact they were being recorded. Internet users have named people like JAY-Z, Beyónce, The Weeknd, and more as those who attended his parties and may have been involved in his dark activity behind the scenes; however, the “more high-profile” language opens this up to people beyond Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop.
As for her client, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd’s account of her story seemed to line up with several of Diddy’s previous victims. “She called me and told me about her assault and her escape. She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house,” Mitchell-Kidd said.
“It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object and then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.” The woman was able to escape and ran into the street, which a neighbor spotted.

Seems like this would fall under "revenge porn"
[quote]In 2022, the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization Act created a federal civil cause of action for victims of revenge porn. This allows victims to seek compensation, including attorney fees, punitive damages, and compensatory damages
[quote]As of October 2023, 48 states and Washington D.C. have laws that prohibit the production or distribution of revenge porn. For example, in California, it is illegal to distribute an image of someone's intimate body parts without their consent. In New York, it is illegal to distribute an intimate image of someone without their consent if the intent is to cause harm.
Even if you consented to the original filming, don't you have to consent to the distribution? Wouldn't asking the person if they want to purchase it constitute essentially blackmail?

We who come from Europe are less enthusiastic when it comes to that party. Europe has been damaged by the politics that Dems lead, Obama's destruction of Middle east that flooded Europe with refugees and now proxy war with Russia, that is destabilizing EU economies, Germany for eg is on the knees without Russian energy.
But still it is silly when you pretend that Hollywood and show business is not 99% Democratic and very hostile toward ones who don't share their ideology. All famous sexual predators that came to light these last years, Weinstein, Epstein, Diddy are big Dem supporters and donors.

"Yes, the EU can do without Russian gas, although it will be very difficult in the short term. An overnight halt to imports from Russia, which usually account for about 40% of EU supplies, will be painful for EU consumers and require several exceptional measures.
It would also be necessary to increase energy efficiency, reduce gas consumption in heating and make energy savings across the board. Suspension will be more difficult for those EU Member States where the share of gas from Russia is particularly high, so it is essential to ensure good intra-EU coordination, cooperation and solidarity. The possibility exists that a shortage of gas from Russia may also mean restrictions on access to gas next winter. "
Conclusion is EU can do without Russia, but the consumers will pay the toll. It is very difficult and painful. Hay, but anything for the US military industrial complex.

It's a male celeb who is not out of the closet, and having gay sex.

The video was allegedly filmed in Diddy's home in Atlanta. Diddy abandoned this house in the late 2000s. So the party likely happened early to mid 2000s, about 20 years ago.
If the video is being shopped around, it is in private hands and was not amongst the videos the Feds confiscated.
The lawyer who claims to have seen stills from the video is being very coy about not saying if the "high profile" person in male or female. If the person was male, would they even bother to hide their gender?
By stating the person was "more high profile" than Diddy, and that there is no question it is this particular celebrity, makes me think it is someone most people everyone knows, not just those into hiphop.
Based on this, it's JLo.

The Prosecutor said that there are at least two dozen victims making allegations who were children at the time, one as young as nine. He used the word "shocked" about our future reaction to future arrests/subjects of lawsuits.
Not merely "surprised." Not "dismayed" or "disappointed." No.
We will be "SHOCKED."
I think one name that would have that effect on the General Public would be Tom Hanks. I agree that Bruce Willis would be also.
A seismic shift would be any former POTUS.

R149, I'm sceptical about this particular lawyer's claims, especially as she's deliberately teasing and being coy and going on about what a famous person this is, all the while her client is effectively looking to blackmail this person for money.
As for allegations of child sexual abuse, I'm open to whatever might come out about that, but as yet there has been no trial and no verdict. With so many outlandish allegations being made, I'll put more faith in what the police and federal agents are saying and will await the judgements on the civil cases.

R165 Clive Davis was a co-founder of Bad Boy Records with Diddy through Arista Records. He has been there since the beginning. And word on the street is that it was Diddy's insistence on renegotiating percentages with Clive and threatening to back out of a contract with him that started this whole cascading downfall. I think it was probably Clive who lifted his hand of protection on Diddy. Clive knew everything that was going on and probably taught Diddy how to keep artist under his thumb either through drugs or blackmail, or both. I.e. How does a young teen from Canada like Bieber get hooked on drugs? People will just say "It's the industry." But it's really a tool of the industry to keep talent under lock and key until they become more valuable dead than alive, i.e. Whitney (who wanted to get out of her contract) and Mr. "The Grammy Party Must Go On" Davis. Anyway, supposedly Clive is the one who bankrolled the lawyers Cassie used to go after Diddy that started this entire investigation. So there's that.

It's not JLo.
A nuclear crowbar couldn't dislodge her near pathological ambition, discipline and just plain old addiction to attention.
But I'm supposed to be persuaded that she'd risk her career by allowing herself to get caught-up in whatever criminal debauchery Diddy was up to?
It took that nightclub gun incident to wake her up, she knew risk when she saw it; "it" being Diddy.
She was going places, she wanted mainstream super-star success, and if that meant breaking-up with him for good after the gun incident early in her career, that's what she did.
Yeah, I know. I've read it a million times here. You all hate her. And I'm all for the following- If she was mean to front-line service people, she should get her comeuppance
But hanging out in a drugs and criminal infested environment with Diddy doesn't square with her career determination.
Myself, I admire the way she took her minimal talent and physical gorgeousness and got way, way more mileage out of it than most people would.

Gee, r150 is going to form an opinion after the verdicts are in! How brave!
The police and courts have acted with Diddy. It's why he's not walking free on bail.
Re: the "shopped" video, it at least borders on blackmail, if not being over the border. But I'm inferring it's more embarrassing than criminal in content.
Finally, the announcement of 120 "curated" pending cases, with 25% of the victims having been minors and with the suspects already informed, is about The Big One.
Diddy is Diddy, but whatever he perpetrated, he is only one person. The "Shock and Awe" bombshells will drop with all the remaining names.

[quote]So is Diddy more into watching and filming than participating, or is it both?
R178, he is both. He is a major closet case who I believe likes men more than women. But he would use a woman as a lure to get men in bed with him. No one who actually is into women would have their girlfriend of a decade routinely pick out men to have sex with in front of him. She was a prop. He would join once everyone was good and twisted. I am sure he has fucked, sucked, been fucked by guys during these freakoffs. If any of you have ever been with a closet case, you know they usually have to be high off their ass to even do anything with a guy.
[quote]It took that nightclub gun incident to wake her up, she knew risk when she saw it; "it" being Diddy.
She was with Diddy before her career took off in 1999. She wasn't a megastar from the start. She did a lot of shit with him before that. He was the much bigger star, producer at the beginning and she did whatever she needed to do with him to get her career off the ground. It's not so much as getting caught up as it is the chickens coming home to roost. There could be major legal implications for her with the "Night Club Incident." The person blamed for it says he didn't do it. And the woman who was actually shot in the face said she say Jennifer Lopez reach into her bag and hand Diddy the gun that he shot her with. Cassie has gone on record saying she routinely carried guns for Diddy because women weren't checked at club doors. So it's very likely he had JLo do the same thing at the time. So JLo could be charged as an accessory at this point. Trust me, she has a whole board room of lawyers looking into everything now.

They said the person is basically living in terror that the video will get out, but there is nothing they can do about it now. The post said the person is “Praying, praying” that it doesn’t get out. They blind item language. And the post also said media outlets aren’t buying the video yet because they aren’t sure of the age of the young celebrity at the time of the filming of the video. Young male high profile celebrity who is praying it doesn’t get out would be Justin Bieber.”

R258, it's just the way that you phrased it. It's not only black music. And it's not all black music. It's just the black music that you hear about because you are not actually listening to black music currently to know the full breadth and width of it. And funny enough Smack My Bitch Up was a song from 1997 sung by a group lead by a white man.

And R258, I don't know how old you are, but you are literally referencing music from a half a century ago. All music sounded pretty much different a half a century ago. If that is your reference for black music, you have been out of the loop for a while. You have missed whole swaths of Alicia Keys, Maxwells, Frank Oceans, Mary J Bliges, Whiteny Houstons, Missy Elliots, Bruno Mars, Ushers, Weekends, Eryka Badus all with widely successful careers since the late 70s/early 80s "black music" that you are referencing.
And just so you can stay ahead of the curve in what you like to call "Black Music" here is a list of young artists you can get into - and none of them singing about smacking soemone's bitch.

R263 can you think of any type of music that glorifies violence and objectification of women like rap and hip hop? and what accounts for the astonishing number of rappers and hip hop artists that have been murdered since 1987?

Are you arguing against Rap & Hip Hop or are you arguing against Black Music? My comment about R252 and his subsequent posts was about him using the blanket term "Black Music" to JUST mean Rap & Hip Hop.

R268 Considering the topic of this thread do you think that the poster was referring to R &B. jazz, gospel, blues, spirituals?
by Anonymous | reply 269 | October 7, 2024 10:04 PM

Considering the topic of this thread, R269? What does the topic of this thread even have to do with black music? It says a high profile person. It doesn't even give their race, gender OR what line of work they are in. So I don't know what referencing the "topic of this thread" has to do with anything. But even given that, there are several high profile R&B singers who could be added to that list that don't sing about smacking a bitch up as R252 said. Hell, Justin Beiber sings R&B music. So does Justin Timberlake.

R272 you are completely missing the point. He is comparing the Commodores and Earth Wind and Fire to Hip Hop and Rap. Of course Earth Wind and Fire didn’t sing about that. Of course those are lyrics in some hip hop and rap songs. But it’s NOT the sum total of “Black Music” as he calls it. If he is a fan of the Commodores and EWF, there are several black artist today he would enjoy as well. But no, he chooses to be reductive to make a point about a decline.

R234, Don't push your ignorance off as a criticism, mkay?
Part 1: Premise: The so-called "Counter-Culture" of the 60s-70s was a deliberate creation of the CIA along with the Military-Industrial Complex (M-I C), with MANY prominent contemporaneous musicians'/actors' being both the children of high-up military/intelligence officers---not quite expectedly---and also somehow neighbors, regardless of where they grew up, in Laurel Canyon, home to a major headquarters of said M-I C.
Thus, my Part 2: Premise: The entire "Rap" genre/milieu in all its "NWA" and "FTP" anti-establishmentarianism, could ALSO be a CREATION of the same governmental sources.
For what are we the general public now finding out? That large-scale drug- and human-trafficking are involved.
Hence my final query: Is the facilitation of these global-scale crimes the REASON the entire "Rap culture" exists---as an acceptable, and by generations of suburban White kids, "cover"?

What I find oddly satisfying and justifiable is that this whole time we've been talking about the case, PDiddy has been sitting in jail for three weeks with no real idea as to how is world is crumbling around him and thinking only of the dread of everything that could be, haunted by everything he's done.

So it has worked out quite well for him.

What I find fascinating is that as the Feds are mounting their case against him, I am sure they are trying to get him to flip, but on who? Who is the Feds' real target higher up and more powerful and entrenched in either drugs, arms or sex trafficking? That is the only reason why Diddy might get Epsteiend. He is terrified of being in prison because he has a lot of enemies behind bars. Crypts would take him out just based on what he did to Tupak alone. So if he is cornered and scared, he would flip to get out of this. But that would most likely get him killed too. Don't live by the sword kids...

Actually, I wonder if Epstein, if he thought he were in trouble, couldn’t initiate some sort of “kill switch” from his home(s) that would release his torrents of compromising data unless he personally, periodically disabled it. His intelligence contacts would have taught him the value of such a setup.
His arrest was an out of the blue surprise. They immediately whisked him off to prison and denied him bail.
He desperately implored his attorneys to promise the sun and the moon to earn him even temporary house detention pending trial. When their requests were summarily (and repeatedly) denied, he reportedly went into major “suicide watch” depression.
My guess is triggering such a switch was his “protection.”
