I don't think they look good - as everyone else has said - multiple breast surgeries and those nipples were sewn back into place. She could have used a breast plate or at least edit those nipples in post production.

I believe she most recently had a breast lift (mastopexy) in which the nipples are moved upward. She's definitely had implants before, she may or may not have new ones now.

Demi would look much better if she'd chop off that long mop of straight hair. She's pulled off short hair, and even bald, many times in the past.

R90 - she's had multiple breast surgeries. It could be from either a breast lift but most likely from a new implant around the aereola.

They used to do implants under the breast - so the scars would hopefully be in the fold between the breast and the chest.

But they're now starting to do more breast surgeries where they make a cut around the aereola and implant there and sew up around the aereola. This is what this looks like because the incisions seem to both be on one side and not a complete 'sew up' from a breast lift.
