It's pretty terrible. It's 14 years too late for one thing and this almost felt like a spoof of all the dystopian teen shit that came before it.

I watched it and it wasn't the best film I've ever seen. They have clearly planned a sequel based on the ending and were probably hoping it would be the new Divergent or Hunger Games but that's not gonna happen. Some of the acting wasn't up to par.

The title could’ve been more entertaining by shortening it to “Ugs”. I thought the real life pretties were a disappointing facsimile of the appearance they were promised.
