I believe the 2 brothers are sociopaths & deserving of harsh sentences.

I also believe that they became this way because both parents were ALSO sociopaths, & they are the ones who deserved to be behind bars, instead.

What I also find peculiar is that almost all of society believes that child molesters are the worst of the worst, & many folks express how they would kill anyone who sexually assaulted their own children.

I strongly disagree with vigilante justice. I am not of the belief that justice is served via revenge or retribution. I’m just pointing out how many people say they’d do exactly what these two men did.

Maybe somebody should make a Netflix series about how Ryan Murphy victimized the Menendez brothers.

R19, the family claims that the mother 100% knew, & allowed it to happen regularly/repeatedly.

Allegedly, she would make sure that she kept visiting family members away from the hallway leading to the boys room whenever her husband was raping one of their 2 sons.

I believe the surviving family members, & the 2 boys. Their father was a pedophile, & the mother allowed it to happen because she prioritized her access to money & lifestyle over the health & safety of her 2 boys.

He allegedly ALSO drugged & raped one of the boy band singers when he was also a teenager, right there, in the family home. He has gone public with his experiences of his sexual assaults by this monster, & I believe him as well.

I 100% am against vigilante justice. That stated, I do understand why her two sons decided she also had to go. Not being protected by a parent, particularly one’s own mother, is one of the biggest mind fucks a person can ever experience. There are plenty of HORRIFIC women who marry or live with men like this, & give them access to their children for a variety of reasons. They too, deserve criminal charges & jail sentences. There’s this one case happening in Florida regarding a little girl named Madeline Soto. Her mother allowed a complete bum into her life, & allowed him to drug, knock out & molest her daughter for years, until he eventually murdered the child. I am of the opinion that he once again drugged the girl, started to sexually assault her, but this time she woke up during her assault, & he strangled her because he couldn’t risk that she wouldn’t report him, as she was now older & could articulate exactly what was going on.

Her mother never protected her, & now she’s claiming that she had no clue a pedophile was raping her daughter from the time she was 7 or 8 years old.

I usually believe women & defend them when they say they have been assaulted by men. Unfortunately, there are a type of mother out there who either just don’t give a fuck about their kids, or who allow their kids to be hurt by their partners, in order to maintain a lifestyle that they value more than they value their kids. Kitty Menendez was one of those mothers.

Did she deserve death? Absolutely NOT.

Was she a horrible mother/woman? ABSOLUTELY.

Again, I 100% oppose vigilante justice. Those two boys should have gone to the police, but they didn’t, & because of that, here we are discussing them on this thread.

One more thing: Why didn’t those boys go to the police? Probably because the mother would have lied & protected the scumbag father. This happened to me under different circumstances, & it’s one of the biggest betrayals I’ve ever experienced, & one that I’m currently grappling/processing, because it’s REALLY difficult to accept that your own mother didn’t care about you or love you. For my mom, well… she chose a horrible man over her own child, & I have to accept it and find a way to forgive her & move on.

Who got the money after the brothers were jailed?

I'm guessing the money was all spent on attorney's fees. Erik paid Leslie A. for the first trial. By the 2nd trial, he had run out of money. Leslie asked the judge if the court could appoint her and pay her the court-appointed fee. Judge said no.

This video, around the 1:00 mark says the money went to: debt, taxes, legal fees, and over-inflated real estate.
