Calling it a feud suggests they're equals. They are not in any universe equals.

I can’t imagine the pain Kim is feeling knowing that Kamala is the one who will deny the Trumps another grifting stint in the White House. Exquisite, exquisite pain.

If there were any longstanding animosity, it would likely stem from the California political scene and Kim's time as Gavin Newsom's wife.
