The short sports segments on Morning Joe fit OK. Much of the regular audience of MJ are sports fans. Most of them are educated men that follow pro baseball, football, and basketball. Of those, plenty follow some FCS college football as well. An appreciable number of viewers watch MJ while getting dressed for professional jobs or during early morning workouts before heading to work or classes. Maybe a lower percentage, women too will keep up with the latest sports’ scores and highlights.

Mika doesn’t need to ‘sigh’ about it.

Monday morning on Morning Joe should be interesting Willie Geist's Vanderbilt University beat Joe's University of Alabama number 1 rated football team.

Oh wait as I type this I just remembered that Willie has Monday's off, I hope he calls in or maybe even shows up.

Mika did a terrible job hiding her dislike for James Carville and the Clintons this morning.

Carville was on and Mika started off hostile about Carville’s push for Biden not to run.

Then when Carville talked about Bill Clinton getting out to campaign for Harris Mika immediately jumped in with “and Obama”.

In 2015/16 Mika and Joe handed Trump his biggest platform day after day. How much of that was motivated by Mika’s resentment that Bill didn’t give Daddy a job in his administration?

It makes me wonder if Mika would be quite so ardent in her opposition to Trump if his opponent was another Clinton.

Mika & Maureen Dowd were among the frequent Clinton bashers. They were driven by what appeared to be personal and hostile agendas, rather than reporting/writing with compartmentalization in the interest of objectivity and balanced coverage.

Mika is now more cordial to Hillary, since Hillary has participated in Mika’s ‘Know Your Value’ promotions and forums.

Mika detests Tump for the last 4+ years. Among Trump’s insults of her and Joe, he made mean-spirited remarks about Mika’s facial plastic surgery, and showing up for a social event at Mara-Lago.

Joe was on fire calling out the WSJ for publishing an op-ed written by JD Vance titled “Biden-Harris Mismanaged Hurricane Helene.
