Sort of a steep ask, OP. Probably the best chance of finding out is to put “sweet charity” “rich man’s frug” through google book search and identify books that go into detail about the making of the picture.

Google books probably won’t let you see much, but just enough to identify which books are the best candidates. Then request then at your local library.

Seriously though that is a fantastic clip and thanks for posting. I do miss those camp performances with lots of dancers, and it’s so strange seeing them smoking whilst dancing. I wish that kind of camp would come back again, nowadays it’s all drag queens and I find it so boring.
