Sisters don’t usually eat each other’s snatches.

That's one way to put it.

Bill has a point.
On that ready-to-bust cyst on the end of his cock.

Sure.
Like Jefferson's late wife Martha was the half sister of Sally Hemings. You know.
Sisters.

Meh. I want the tea about Viv and William Frawley.

I've been doing some cleaning out in my basement (trying to get rid of us as much as possible) and came across a box of books I had forgotten about. In the box was the book "Love, Lucy" , written inside was a 'Christmas greeting' from one of my best friends, and the date 1998. I've kept it boxed away since then with a few books that I received that Christmas. I'm glad I found it - I haven't gotten into any books this year, and was looking for something to read starting this coming month. I've heard nothing but good things about Lucy's memoir.
Anyone here read it ? Did you like it ?

"Closer" magazine isn't fit for you to wipe your ass on if you run out of toilet paper. It's already full of shit.

Well, the thread's ruined by the arrival of the Stink.

R6, I’ve read Love, Lucy. There’s no way in hell she wrote it herself. Much too nice.

r6 I read it many years ago, around the time it came out. I remember it being disappointing, but I can't recall now why.

R10 According to the foreword by her daughter Lucie, I don't think this memoir was ever finished. Not sure who finished this before publication.

I didn't know that r11. It makes sense.
Has anyone here read Desi Arnaz's A Book?

All you have to do is read about their last visit together and Lucille's reaction afterwards.

Was there scissoring involved r13?

I've read about their last visit together but I can't remember what book it was in since I've read several about Lucille Ball. IIRC she and Mary Wickes went together, they knew it would the last time and it was very sad.

I always assumed that Mary Wickes always faintly smelled of dirty pantyhose and farts...

Mary Wickes was a big old dyke.

After Eve Arden died, the Enquirer (or The Star or some such thing) ran a story of her relationship with Lucy and that Eve died happy because Lucy was waiting for her in Heaven.
