When are we getting a true crime/Dateline/48 hours about Rex Huerrman (or however it's spelled)/Gilgo Beach Serial Killer?

Surely we have enough fodder, news reports, etc. to have SOME sort of hour long expose.

I don't know if it's his hoarded, dilapidated house, or his ogre like appearance, but he's just not that interesting. He's the kind of guy that you suspect of being just what he is if you work with him or interact with him in any way. His neighbors would cross the street just to avoid him. He is completely unsurprising as a suspect.

I think they've only scratched the surface so far on this guy - and who knows what's up with his gore and murder obsessed daughter or creepy wife? I'm choosing to believe this was a Texas Chainsaw style murder family.

I agree with what R1 said but one incongruous thing is that he seemed to be able to keep a good, white collar job in NYC for many, many years. That's one thing that doesn't fit the profile.

Agree, r3. I think he worked in a job that was probably highly specialized and for which there wasn't much institutional knowledge...they likely thought they needed him, as insufferable as he likely was to deal with.

But they should be linked for people who want to link more comments, no?

There’s a new documentary on Peacock and they interview the wife. I’ve only watched the first episode so far and the snippet of the interview makes her sound delulu.
