Good.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | August 27, 2024 8:58 PM |
Future AG Jack Smith, I hope.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | August 27, 2024 9:01 PM |
Of course Cannon knew she was going to throw this out before it even started. She just went through the farce to delay things. For that reason alone she should not be appointed to this case again- and probably should lose her job.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | August 27, 2024 9:06 PM |
I love this guy.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | August 27, 2024 9:08 PM |
Someone's crying into their vodka, I see.

No need for one. The original thread was directly below yours.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | August 27, 2024 9:22 PM |
With the new filing, can it go to a different judge?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | August 27, 2024 9:22 PM |

R14 Let's hope so. I just find it absolutely ludicrous that a convicted felon can run for the president of the United States. The constitution is a joke.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | August 27, 2024 9:29 PM |
[quote]The constitution is a joke.
It most certainly is. That's why I'll rip it apart and be king for life with Don. Jr. being my heir.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | August 27, 2024 9:33 PM |
This is not the Cannon records case. This is the DC case. Jack Smith has been busy.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | August 27, 2024 9:36 PM |
Thank you r19. I was just about to post the same thing and you beat me to it.
Cannon was never the judge on this case.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | August 27, 2024 9:39 PM |
R14, thatâs my question too!!!! Though the flip side is, Judge Cannon just got violently and publicly bitch-slapped! It warms my black, cold, small, hateful heart.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | August 27, 2024 9:39 PM |
R8 doesnât know the difference between DC and FL.
And folks wonder why Trump might win againâŠ
by Anonymous | reply 22 | August 27, 2024 9:43 PM |
So the J6 case basically just starts all over again minus any language that interferes with Trump's SC-granted immunity.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | August 27, 2024 9:45 PM |
R20 thatâs not what the idiots here think. Should I trust ElderLez or them?
by Anonymous | reply 24 | August 27, 2024 9:45 PM |
R21, what happened?

"... absolutely ludicrous that a convicted felon can run for the president of the United States."
Or one who instigated an insurrection? Or one not only accused of molesting umpteen women- but owes one millions for her credible case?
The whole world is watching.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | August 27, 2024 10:33 PM |
Fuck yes, Jack Smith!
by Anonymous | reply 29 | August 27, 2024 10:39 PM |
How is this thread not exploding? I am obsessed!
by Anonymous | reply 30 | August 27, 2024 10:39 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 32 | August 27, 2024 10:41 PM |
Letâs all form a line to give Jack bjâsâŠ..with his blessing of course.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | August 27, 2024 10:44 PM |
Has Jack lost weight? He looks too thin.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | August 27, 2024 10:48 PM |
The MAGA tears on this one are monu - MENTAL!
They are also so ignorant of the facts and the law, you can tell they have piss poor information sources - well, they follow and support Trump, no surprise.
They think because Trump SAYS he was granted TOTAL IMMUNITY that he actually has TOTAL IMMUNITY. He does not! He has âimmunityâ from âofficial actsâ. The superseding indictment doesnât feature any interaction with government officials so thereâs no question of Trumpâs criminal behaviour being interpreted as official acts.
Iâve even seen MAGAs claiming double jeopardy - as if the D.C. case was thrown out by SCOTUS. It was not! Or even that Trump was exonerated by a jury of his peers! He was not!
And the funniest are the ones claiming that the Special Counsel is unconstitutional based on, ha ha, Judge Aileen Cannonâs ridiculous ruling last month that Jack Smith just appealed to the 11th circuit yesterday which will likely not only overturn Cannonâs dumb ruling but also get her thrown off the documents case!! (Which is unlikely to resume now before mid-2025 - but when it does, Trumpâs a goner.)
POOR MAGAs!!
by Anonymous | reply 35 | August 27, 2024 10:51 PM |
R14 & R17, the D.C. case is being run by Judge Tanya Chutkin. She doesnât need replacing.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | August 27, 2024 10:53 PM |
R19, wonât the superseding indictments make Chutkinâs job easier? Now she doesnât have to hold hearings sifting through all the potential evidence to deem whether there were any official acts involved, right? Smith has cleaned it all up for her, hasnât he? And it blocks Trump from taking it all the way up to SCOTUS again, doesnât it?
by Anonymous | reply 37 | August 27, 2024 10:57 PM |
Ugh...here comes all the MAGA legal scholars out of their little cubbies and trailer homes.

A grand jury would indict a ham sandwich, if asked.

by Anonymous | reply 58 | August 28, 2024 2:40 PM |
R58 canât afford to buy a swatch of the suit that Trump once farted in.. Loser!
by Anonymous | reply 59 | August 28, 2024 2:41 PM |
R57 Trump has been instructed to crash the economy by his new masters Elmo and Thiel. That way they can replace the dollar with bitcoin/crypto. You think he came up with the tariffs idea on his own? He doesn't even know what a tariff is.
by Anonymous | reply 60 | August 28, 2024 2:44 PM |
He imposed a lot of tariffs in his term. He sort of knows what they are, but he thinks foreign governments pay them which is wrong.
by Anonymous | reply 61 | August 28, 2024 2:48 PM |
Actually, he does know what a tariff isâhe doesnât need anyone to tell him that. He just doesnât know the true economic impact. Heâs not a puppet on a string, forchrissake. Heâs pure Id: he says anything that comes to his mind on a given day for his own benefit. If tomorrow he perceived an advantage by fucking over the PayPal mafia, he would do it in a flash.
by Anonymous | reply 62 | August 28, 2024 2:49 PM |
He does not understand tariffs and is impervious to edification since he cannot acknowledge error.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | August 28, 2024 2:53 PM |
Please, Trump is a moron. Or a fucking moron to quote Rex Tillerson, his first Secretary of State (another case of where his donors--the oil industry--told him to do something). He doesn't understand tariffs and was told to do so by his donors.
by Anonymous | reply 64 | August 28, 2024 2:56 PM |
He is certainly not impervious to changing his mind very quickly. You way overstate things, when there is a very simple reality: the only master he serves is himself, based on whatâs edifying to HIM on a given day.
by Anonymous | reply 65 | August 28, 2024 2:57 PM |
He says he has never made a mistake and has no reason to ask God for forgiveness (as if he believes in God). He psychologically cannot accept that he has been wrong about how tariffs work, so he is indeed impervious to reality.
by Anonymous | reply 66 | August 28, 2024 3:01 PM |
Replace the dollarâsure dumb shit. Used that you donât understand bitcoin eitherâŠ
by Anonymous | reply 67 | August 28, 2024 3:03 PM |
Itâs* not Used
by Anonymous | reply 68 | August 28, 2024 3:06 PM |
Trump has declared bankruptcy six times. He's an idiot.
by Anonymous | reply 69 | August 28, 2024 3:31 PM |
Actually, âhisâ corporate entities have filed multiple times. He just used the bankruptcy rules to his maximum advantage in negotiating with his creditors. In that respect, he âwell his advisersâwere smart as hell. Without that comeback from his casino daysâŠwe would not have seen or heard of him after the turn of the century.
by Anonymous | reply 70 | August 28, 2024 3:40 PM |
Why are there trolls here trying to defend Trump's intellect? He has none, he is a moron.
Now he does have a reptilian intelligence for sizing up people's weakness, but being a good businessman or understanding basic concepts of the economy, history, civics, etc.---no, just no.
by Anonymous | reply 71 | August 28, 2024 3:45 PM |
