Doug was cute!

by Anonymousreply 3August 21, 2024 8:24 AM

Calls his dad Doug. Cut 'n paste because it's one of those 'shorts'.

by Anonymousreply 4August 21, 2024 2:13 PM

Doug is still cute. Or, rather, fuckable.

by Anonymousreply 5August 21, 2024 2:18 PM

who's the cute twink at the beginning?

by Anonymousreply 6August 21, 2024 2:35 PM

oh, i get it, he's cute, like his dad was

by Anonymousreply 7August 21, 2024 2:36 PM

I don't know why it took me so long to realize how adorable, funny, and sexy he is. He's been Second Gentleman for four years! But better late than never.

His bromance with Chasten deserves more love, too.

sorry, I love them all, but that was painfully boring

[quote] who's the cute twink at the beginning?

That's his son Cole.

The speech wasn't aimed at people like you.

But the fraus will lap it up! And that's what's important.

by Anonymousreply 10August 21, 2024 3:10 PM

Succulent nips.

by Anonymousreply 11August 21, 2024 3:14 PM

thanks

by Anonymousreply 12August 21, 2024 3:16 PM

At least his parents didn't name him Jack.

by Anonymousreply 13August 21, 2024 3:49 PM

Doug's parents look like a lot of fun.

They're so animated, while Doug is much more subdued.

by Anonymousreply 14August 21, 2024 3:53 PM

I have no doubt that Doug will make the position of First Gent a far more prominent and interesting position than a woman has ever been permitted before. And thus create a precedent for all who follow, of either sex.

Did Doug have siblings there or is that not a thing you do for a convention?

by Anonymousreply 22August 21, 2024 4:42 PM

He has excellent taste in music. Kamala said he’s a Depeche Mode fan. I love that in a man!

by Anonymousreply 23August 21, 2024 4:46 PM

She loves Mingus

by Anonymousreply 24August 21, 2024 4:55 PM

The younger Doug looks kind of like Joseph Gordon-Leavitt

by Anonymousreply 25August 21, 2024 4:57 PM

But more curly haired and Jewish

by Anonymousreply 26August 21, 2024 5:45 PM

Doug had a great head of hair.

I wonder how he'll handle a role for which there is no precedent for?

by Anonymousreply 28August 21, 2024 10:14 PM

[quote] I wonder how he'll handle a role for which there is no precedent for?

He has already done it.

There was never a "Second Gentleman" before Doug, because there was never a female Vice-President before Kamala Harris.

So he has already set a precedent for Second Gentleman, and I'm sure he will do the same if he becomes First Gentleman.
