Very few athletes can turn their sports career into something lasting. Just because we see some of them they are unicorns compared to literally thousands of other elite athletes who get no recognition or few endorsements. Add being gay to the mix and it's almost non-existent.

He's in a strange position being a British diver living in the US - that kind of cuts in both markets.

I wish him well but he's going to have to figure something out that's a unique path.

Maybe he should go to university and learn a reliable profession.

I think he will a few endorsements over the next year or two at most. He will have his agent throwing his hat in the ring for everything from acting gigs, game shows and even reality tv. No, he lives in LA. Much was made during his BBC interviews about how Los Angeles would be a home Olympics for him as he is settled there.

As for his future career, he tried presenting on The One Show and wasn't especially good at it. He filmed a documentary called "Illegal to Be Me" which was shown ahead of the Commonwealth Games in 2022 where he visited Commonwealth countries who treat gay people badly and decided it was all the fault of white people, despite black politicians opposing gay rights reforms.

Someone asked earlier why his is disliked - for me it's the fake "happy couple" image when his mother looks after the kids most of the time and he fucks about constantly and the stories about how he and Dustin treat waiting staff and fans who approach them
