Why would you feel sorry for her? She'll cash in her prenup, ship off the neurodiverse Gollum to some 3rd rate college, and start dating a manly Russian billionaire or someone like Rupert Murdoch. She'll be fine - she's a rich hooker with a passport.

Just to have to live with that disgusting lump of inhumanity, raging and going all Hitler's bunker. Yeah, I know she chose it, but I can almost feel sorry for her... that's how awful he is. Not even her skanky life story can out ick him frightened and out of control.

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign on Saturday denied that Trump has repeatedly called Vice President Kamala Harris a “b*tch” in private in recent weeks, after The New York Times reported on Saturday that he had used the derogatory term to refer to his Democratic rival.
“That is not language President Trump has used to describe Kamala and it’s not how the campaign would characterize her. Although, Kamala has previously called herself that,” Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung told CNN in a statement.

Funny though how Trump will always be clinically obsessed about crowds. This began publicly with his wounded dispute about the inauguration crowd. And it's come right up to date at his ludicrous recent 'press conference' - where he saw fit to assert, in some detail, how he could draw bigger crowds than MLK.
Kamala and Tim's momentum and exponential crowd numbers can only hasten Trump's straitjacket trajectory. Trump is an old man who shouts not at clouds, but at crowds.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | August 11, 2024 5:55 PM |
R23 - I knew sooner or later he’d be bitching about her *fake* crowds. As usual, it’s projection- every accusation is an admission. Like faking a Democratic ad for hiring anti-Trump actors for rallies. These people have not advanced beyond third grade.

I have a weird question, and I know someone's going to call me Boris for it because it could be taken as a criticism. However, it's just critical thinking, and we should be able to express curiosity about the legal workings of our government.
This hullabaloo about the airport crowd for Kamala and the "mirror-like finish" of the airplane (lol--can't just say "reflective," gotta be as dramatic as possible) got me thinking. Kamala and Tim are using Air Force Two for their campaign travel, right? Is it kosher? What she's doing is not official government business, right? So can the VP use the plane for this purpose? I mean, it seems justifiable to me, but I'm not sure what the letter of the law is. Does anyone here know?
by Anonymous | reply 40 | August 12, 2024 2:16 AM |
The government gets reimbursed for some of the cost r40.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | August 12, 2024 2:19 AM |
And let me follow that up by saying that using Air Force One and Two for campaign stops is nothing new, so this is nothing against Kamala in particular. I just want to know what the case is.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | August 12, 2024 2:22 AM |
I feel that Air Force Two is hers to use as VP so why not?

It should be illegal for a mentally deranged person to run for the office of president. New rules are needed!
by Anonymous | reply 46 | August 12, 2024 2:32 AM |
R40, it's been standard for sitting presidents, as well as VPs (even before Harris, e.g. Bush 41 & Gore), to use Air Force One and Two for campaign events. Trump did so as well in 2020. Keep in mind that they're basically identical to the Boeing jets used for commercial flights, and those jets are typically in the air 12 hours or more a day, so they're designed for far more frequent use than any president would need. The presidential (and VP) use of AF1 & AF2 is negligible, and as R41 noted the campaigns reimburse everyone for the appropriate costs. (Also note that flight expenses are still a drop in the bucket for a campaign that'll easily spend $1 billion during 2024 for campaigning.)
by Anonymous | reply 47 | August 12, 2024 2:33 AM |
Oh, thanks, R47! The reimbursement solves the problem. I was thinking "private use of government resources," but as I said, I know she's not the first. Just the attention on the plane itself in the last few days got me thinking. (E.g., Vance sliming his way over to the plan and Trump talking about that reflection.)
by Anonymous | reply 48 | August 12, 2024 2:38 AM |

MAGAts are going through it. SAD!
"Over on Truth Social, chaos has broken out after MAGA influencer "Cat Turd" entered into the fold to warn followers to "beware of snakes," seemingly referring to white nationalist Nick Fuentes' followers—who are calling for Trump campaign managers to be fired.
That led Fuentes' followers to accuse “Cat Turd” of being a subversive force. And, naturally, now “Cat Turd” supporters are calling for groypers to be banned by Trump's aides that manage the social media site.
Fuentes’ followers are really going to war now with “Cat Turd.” “You're the parasite that is ruining everything Trump fought for in 2016. We see you, freak,” a Fuentes follower responded to “Cat Turd.” Another referred to “Cat Turd” as “catSHIT.”"

I hope there are more huge Harris-Walz rallies this week, and that Trump stays impotently mad about it. He is gaining zero new votes from this shit, and losing quite a few.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | August 12, 2024 11:56 AM |
The use of Air Force I &II for political rallies is a legitimate one and the answer is in the reimbursements. Republican won't dare make an issue of it. They want to use it for the same.
That stated, I would LOVE to see an accounting of how much Trump and his Crime Family grifted form the American taxpayer because he was allowed to bill the US, for, example to house his Secret Service agents at his hotels and I'm sure he wasn't satisfied with the government rate.
And yeah, I know the following is a drop in the bucket, too, but it always grated me that Melania had US government paid security - Secret Service Protection- when she stayed in NY and refused to move into the WH when Trump started his term.
Why weren't the Trumps required to pay for her security? It's pretty simple. You're receive paid security when you're the spouse of the US President are actually residing in that official residence.
Forget my tax dollars going for food stamps. I don't mind that one bit.
But I draw the line at my tax dollars going to pay for the security of a spouse holding out in for leverage in a luxe NYC penthouse so they can shake-down their spouse for an amended pre-nuptial agreement and won't budge until the dough is deposited into her separate account.
And let me clear. I don't give an at's rass if a marital spouse of the US President never moves into the WH. I think too much is made of political spouse as it is. Just don't ask me to pay for it.
And those two things are only what we know about. It boggles my mind how much the Trumps grifted that they will never be accountable for.

Even if he's capable of understanding that it's in his best interest, he can't shut up. He will have to get attention and express "his side" of every situation, some way.
I mean, do his babysitters really think he will be able to stay quiet while the Democrats have their DNC? Do they really think he can deal with his jealousy of the DNC party atmosphere with the special performances like a mentally healthy adult or see the accolades President Biden will be receiving, won't cause him to fly into a narcissistic rage? To deal with the former presidents coming together, for a common cause (Democracy) and against his crazy ass without going full moron?
I guess they are planning on tranquilizing him into unconsciousness, if they expect him not to act out and burn more of his kingdom down.

r113 I have been listening to a lot of AM talk radio lately (at first, because I was stuck in a rental car and curious; but now, I'm finding it fascinating to witness how they are dealing with Trump's decline.
What is interesting is that nearly EVERY accusation that they try to fling at the Harris campaign actually applies to Dump/Vance/the GOP. For example: they've been trying to frame Walz as the worst possible VP pick in recent memory and claiming that he'll lose the election for the Democrats. Hmmm .... sound familiar? Methinks they are betraying buyer's remorse about Vance. They argue that Kamala's popularity is cult-like. Gee .... what political figure has led a cult of millions for years, basically destroying the GOP from within? They accuse the Dems of promulgating propaganda. Well .... what's the biggest propaganda machine in the US right now? F ... Fo ... oh, it'll come to me.
It's fascinating to witness and has given me some insight into the GOP "mind."

Only 39%, though (as of now). We've all been thinking that RFK Jr's 5% would mostly go to Kamala Harris if he dropped out. Hopefully that figure will trend upward, but it's encouraging that she would be getting another 2% or so of the vote if even the 39% holds. (this is not a calculation, just my rough sense of what 39% of 5% is. I'm not great with calculating percentages.)

by Anonymous | reply 127 | August 15, 2024 6:35 PM |
I dunno, with the trajectory of the polls being what they are, I kinda worry that sentencing Trump before the election might redound to his electoral benefit.

What reason is there for sentencing to be delayed? Because he “might win”? That is such bullshit. Sentence that motherfucking cunt.

R128, I agree. Every time Trump gets into legal trouble, he goes up in the polls and his base gets more energized. We need to keep things just as they are until November.

Still, I think Trump voters who still have a few working neurons are grabbing at any pretext or excuse to jump off Trump's rapidly emptying bandwagon.
They want off and any flimsy reason, even if they don't know what the hell it's about, will do.
Having said that, I DO NOT let my guard down about complacency and taking Harris win for granted.
My optimal daydream now is that mid-October, things break Kamala's way, turnout is at 2008 levels as measured in todays numbers and she gets an unquestionable electoral college win.

"Modeling Companies." Miss Universe pageant. The accurate Steele Dossier and Kompromat. "Grab'em...." Stormy. Karen. E. Jeanne. Katie. Even Ivana.
And now his psychology cannot help but reveal that Trump is enormously attracted to Kamala, TIME cover person, essentially declaring that to him she is as beautiful as Sophia Loren. Of course this discomfits him greatly in his conscious mind, so he must call his opponent, his Chief Rejector, a "bitch" with a "low I.Q."
Trump is completely befuddled as to how to proceed. In 2020 Biden defeated him soundly. In 2016 he could basically just treat HRC with contempt as he does all females he finds unattractive. But he doesn't find KH so, yet he cannot seduce or charm or hire her, so what now, brown cow?
The answer he sees clearly in his gilded mirror:
LOSE, LOSER. LOSE.

From WaPo today:
He appeared to take exception to a Wall Street Journal column that listed Harris’s appearance as one of her political assets, saying, “I am much better looking than her. I’m a better-looking person than Kamala.” He also said he mistook an illustration of Harris on the cover of Time Magazine for the actresses Sophia Loren or Elizabeth Taylor.
He's fucking nuts. He's just continuing to offend women almost every time he opens his mouth.

If the MAGA powers weren’t arrogant enough to put all their plans in writing they might have gotten power again. Republicans just dismiss non-GOP analysis of Trump’s very unpopular plans as “fake news” and political hyperbole. That’s hard to do when they write it down a celebrate it.
The MAGA elite never understood that the source of their power was anxiety over demographic change and perhaps some backlash against the most extreme progressive rhetoric, but did NOT reflect an endorsement of their radical agenda. They got cocky

Even the stupidest, most Kool-aid drinking Trumper knows somewhere in their being that the video at r240 isn't something a person who is seeking votes to be the POTUS should be posting.
I'm calling it now.
The turnout for Harris Walz will be decisive, even to the point where the Repugs installed on election boards won't bother with trying to deny the votes, yes, even in Georgia.

Wrong r243. They are moving forward with refusing to certify. I also believe they will attack the Capitol again too. Read the site Mind-Wars, and read there what exactly Mike Flynn has been up to for the last year.
In a perfect world you should be right. But this might be their last real window to steal it, so it’s do or die for them. Hopefully, they die.
by Anonymous | reply 246 | August 20, 2024 12:39 AM |
Of COURSE they’re going to refuse to certify and attack statehouses and electors, r246.
Anyone thinking it won’t happen hasn’t been paying attention to traitor Flynn and the various state boards of elections this year.

R243, Trump may be "self-sabotaging," but it is completely out of his conscious (able to lie) control. Joe Biden was a stupid man. He doesn't know where he is. Kimberely let 1 billion criminals into the country. She just invited them in. Sharks would eat me! My Hollywood stars were better than the Dems. Nobody has ever heard of Oprah. I know her though. I know everybody. They know me. Especially Hannibal Lector who is a good, good man. There were good people on both sides. Jina. JINA SHARKS. Electrified sharks. FAKE NEWS MEDIA! Grabbing. Kumbessie is the WORST PRESIDENT IN OUR GREAT COUNTRY'S HISTORY. She has already served 2 terms as President. She wasn't even born in America. Her parents were from Iran. BORDER INVASION. Sharks. I'm doing it for you. I don't need to do this. I am the richest man on the planet. I am doing it for you. Only you. Polluting our blood with their shoes. Silence of the Lamb. Exactly. And here's the obscene thing about that. At the debate, if he manages to muster even the bare minimum of civility and put together a couple of semi-cogent policy statements, he'll be declared a winner.
So, sickening as it is, because Harris can exceed, by far, any appropriate standards applied to her with regard to preparedness, demeanor, facts, if she even has one slip-up, it'll be treated by some of the media and certainly by Trump's voters, as a disaster.
To paraphrase Michelle Obama, the Affirmative Action of White, Wealthy, Male privilege is a real thing.
If Trump can't figure out through his fear of her, that all he has to do is show-up and minimally behave himself for 90 minutes, and be declared a winner, then no wonder his campaign staff nurse daydreams of him toppling over dead from a massive coronary or heart attack.

Obscene.
Trump whored-out himself and the Office of the US Presidency to two of the Biggest Johns Who Ever Johnned - Vladimir Putin and Mohammed Bin Salmon.
Clarence Thomas whored out his presence and status as a US Supreme Court Justice to Billionaire Harlan Crow, who bought him, because he was for sale, just like any John off the street would, in exchange for luxury trips on a private jet, no different than any high-class, expensive sex worker.
But, it's Kamala Harris who is slurred because she's enjoyed what every human being has a right to - a sex life.
Trump and Republicans are beneath contempt. The bottom of the Mariana Trench doesn't match how low they are.
And any person who finds this type of stuff about Harris something to note is right there with them.
No wonder everybody is running from Republicans. They're sick, twisted, weird and just plain indecent.

That said I haven't seen a single Kamala sign so Trump is still ahead but it's surprising. I'm in the Dallas suburbs. My suburb is overwhelmingly blue voting and I don't recall any Trump signs in 2020 and haven't seen one this cycle. When going further out into the exurbs and semi-rural areas, I've seen an occasional Trump banner or flag. They seem to be less flashy this time. There's one house in a town near me that was adorned in Trump flags and had a F*CK Biden flag on a flagpole. At the peak of "Let's go Brandon" meme, I saw a couple of those banners. Haven't seen one Ted Cruz sign anywhere, though that asshole will likely retain his Senate seat.
I take a little comfort in knowing "Texas isn't the nation" politically. The Republican's here are a special breed of kooky, pulling out all the stops to stay in power, passing "election integrity" laws to make it more difficult to vote, out of control gerrymandering, corruption, and extremism, while demographic trends favor a much less red, more politically competitive state in the future.

Apropos of nothing, I was watching a June Allyson clip when she was interviewed by David Frost.
Frost asks her having lunch at Joan Crawford house and how Joan behaved. June was a bit annoyed he asked her that, but then told the story.
She went to Joan’s house and said Joan was a perfect hostess.
Christina joined them for lunch. During lunch she didn’t say one word. After lunch, Joan made a remark, about Christina’s behavior. That Christina was angry she wasn’t allowed to go to a birthday party.
Joan then made her get the birthday present and physically hold it until the party was going to be over.
June was was WTF in 60/70s parlance (not sure when the interview was done)
My take away was that Joan was so mentally ill, she didn’t even think twice about abusing her child in front of someone. She thought her behavior was perfectly ok.

R424, Walz needs to co-opt it. Say in the next rally,
"You know, Trump calls me 'Tampon Tim.' But he has no idea why. He thinks he's calling me a sissy. That's what weak and insecure men do.
But I wear that nickname proudly, because it refers to when as Governor of Minnesota I had free supplies of personal feminine hygiene products available for all public school students who needed them, maybe had trouble affording them.
But Donald Trump has no empathy for anyone not named 'Donald Trump.' He can't understand the act of helping another even a little bit.
So you go on calling me 'Tampon Tim,' Donald. I'll carry the title with pride."

Trump has been holding his rallies in a succession of "sundown towns." He's doing this specifically to rally his troop of racist supporters.
Sundown town: all-white municipalities or neighborhoods in the United States. They are considered towns that practiced or still practice a form of racial segregation by excluding non-whites via some combination of discriminatory local laws, intimidation or violence. They were most prevalent before the 1950s. The term came into use because of signs that directed "colored people" to leave town by sundown

Wiith little chance of improving Trump’s standing, Trump’s advisers see the only option as damaging hers.

First, why is the student at school “a few days” without going home, and wouldn’t the parents notice? And who knew that public schools today perform major operations, and without even informing the parents ahead of time? Must be a part of that Obamacare.
Kyle, the high school quarterback, doesn't come home for 3 days. The parents are concerned, but not too worried, as Kyle likes to party with his friends. Then he walks through the front door one day as their new daughter, Kyla. This is what's happening in public schools today!

That's his Secret Sauce, r566!
Trump knows his people. He knows they want most of all NOT to be informed or educated---MAGAts hate education because they simply aren't intellectually equipped to deal with the retention of knowledge---but rather, they come to be entertained!
Luckily for Trump, his literal insanity has met the moment (once, anyway) of the bottomless well of MAGAtic ignorance, and together the combination won the White House in 2016. HRC was NOT ENTERTAINING enough!
But in 2024 as in 2020 he's met not the moment but his match, and then some. Even absent of a crisis such as Covid, Harris/Walz is a most formidable 1-2 punch of facts and fun, with the added attraction of being true. Audiences can laugh easily knowing they are not being gulled, that it's really more truth than humor.
I fully expect Trump/Vance to get a Popular Vote of about 68 million, but I believe Harris/Walz will surpass Joe's 81 million.
