His videos are works of art and he nails -- absolutely nails! -- restaurant work, its workers, managers, customers, problems, and travails. What I really appreciate is how his characters have such gutsy senses of humor as well as the knife-sharp sarcasm that I found in restaurant work over a period of 20 years.
