It’s the empty calories and plastic causing this shit.
It's the sushi

It all comes down to they eventually say at some point every type of food gives you cancer.

I've lived long enough to know. Just don't eat or drink anything. That's what accumulated knowledge over decades tells us.
My uncle is 95 and lives on frozen foods and Mountain Dew. Trump lives on MacDonalds and it has unfortunately yet to kill him.
Eat whatever the fuck you want and let your DNA take its course.

I think the culprit is all that avocado toast.

Eating healthily certainly doesn't do any harm, so you might as well do it, as you don't have anything to lose.
Luck must play a part too though, because I've known unhealthy eaters who seem to go on and on, and healthy eaters who don't. My father died from colon cancer when he was 70 and he did all the right things - he wasn't overweight, never smoked, and he ate a healthy diet to the point it wasn't an effort - eg he absolutely loved vegetables and wasn't a fan of sweet things. His must have been genetic.

Don't forget the "lazy fat-asses" part.

How about all the energy drinks and super caffeinated canned coffees these kids have been drinking since grade school? Go into a convenience store and watch how much of that shit people are buying. It blows my mind. My 16 year old niece drinks that shit on the regular.

I'd bet on energy drinks, vapes, or excessive screen time/poor sleep before fast food. When I go inside any fast food place, it's full of boomers and only boomers. Maybe a young homeless person now and then. I think millennials and gen z are more health conscious food consumers than gen x/boomers are.

Just say no to being alive

R10 Not sure I agree there. I'm in the UK and when I go to McDonald's (which isn't that often as mercifully there isn't one in my town) it's full of kids and teens.

A healthy diet and regular exercise cannot negate genetics.
