Kari is ahead in her primary election results.

She’s up 54.1% against her main opponent Mark Lamb, 40.1%. The democrat Ruben Gallego is running unopposed.

The Maricopa County recorder Stephen Richer, who stood up to Lake in her gubernatorial race 2 years ago, is being primaried, and is currently behind his republican opponent by 3%. Richer was suing Lake for defamation, and she refused to defend her accusations.

Only 22% of Maricopa County voters participated. Sad.

I hate her.

by Anonymousreply 1July 31, 2024 6:31 AM

She's a female JD Vance. Trash.

by Anonymousreply 2July 31, 2024 7:03 AM

I've noticed thst she doesn't care about so-called 'election fraud' unless her campaign is losing. When she loses she goes on every station disrespecting everyone who interviews her and of course blames the Clintons and "the Democrat elite" for "stealing the election." She's like Donald Trump with menstrual cramps.

I hope she loses again in the general election. She's batshit crazy.

by Anonymousreply 4July 31, 2024 7:16 AM

Please consider donating whatever you can to her opponent Ruben Gallego. They are neck to neck in the polls. Make her go away.

[quote] I hope she loses again in the general election

I read a piece somewhere that said that if she doesn’t get at least 60% of the primary vote she’ll likely have trouble beating Gallego.

What the fuck is wrong with that particular county?

by Anonymousreply 8July 31, 2024 11:51 AM

Arizona MAGAts are a special kind of stupid.

by Anonymousreply 9July 31, 2024 12:01 PM

Here’s the latest. Hoping the low voter turnout has skewed her numbers, and that a large general election turnout defeats her biggly. God, 6 years of having to listen to her would just as bad as trump.

Better hope that Ruben Gallego defeats her in November, because if she wins she will be one of the worst, most MAGA extremist voices in the US Senate. Hyperpartisan "punch the libs" toxicity and stark raving narcissism on a Trumpian level are this woman's entire modes of being.

by Anonymousreply 11July 31, 2024 12:30 PM

She's a career climbing suck up whore. She doesn't believe this shit but, like Dump, she knows suckers when she sees them. She's angling for a top spot and possibly more.

I heard Mel got sick of her living at Mar Lardo, while she was no doubt trying to get the VP spot, and draping herself all over Dumpy. Even he was uncomfortable.

by Anonymousreply 12July 31, 2024 2:07 PM

I am hoping against hope that the voters of Arizona have had more than enough of Kari Lake and her insane dramatics.

I cannot believe after her years of rabid hysteria they will reward her with a Senate seat!

R13, the recent few polls showing on FiveThirtyEight (now part of ABC news) are hopeful. Gallego is definitely ahead. Hope that that is real.

Didn't AZ have a senator who Biden dubbed "the most determined woman I know" and was the lead negotiator and sponsor of the most popular and successful piece of legislation passed during his term?

by Anonymousreply 15July 31, 2024 3:20 PM

Wasn't Sinema running as an independent? Or, maybe she realized that *nobody* likes her and left the race?

by Anonymousreply 16July 31, 2024 3:43 PM

Sinema chose not to defend her seat. She knew she would lose. Democrats consider her a traitor and would never vote for her. Republicans have no reason to vote for her.

No one in Arizona cares for her.
