I've heard a theory that she's waiting for the polls to catch up, to get a clearer picture of where she needs a boost the most.

I'm terribly impatient, but I also think it's important for all the potential picks to get out there and see who resonates with people the most. They have to get this right. In the meantime, it's a breath of fresh air to have so many intelligent and well-spoken Dems getting airtime during their auditions.

Vetting a VP candidate is not a fast process. Especially in this election. Nothing can be left to chance on this one. Whoever she picks needs to be pristine, clean as a whistle. They can't have anything the republicans can latch onto and fight back with.
