Brits and those familiar with the country ONLY

Do you feel that your political system is superior to what we have in the US?

Please explain your reason when posting.

Not in the sense we cannot chose the Party Leader (only paying members get to vote, which is technically anyone willing to shell out fees). Hence we end up shite PMs like Boris and Liz Truss, because they were voted for by a small minority of Brits.

I've never understood how a member of Parliament can represent an area in which here she does not live.

But then we have parliamentary democracy, r1, which is superior to a presidential system. Imagine if we voted directly for an executive president. We would then have a President Johnson or a President Truss with far more power and we wouldn't be able to get rid of them until the next election.
