Maura Tierney replaces Camryn Manheim on “Law & Order”

Time is a cruel, cruel mistress.

Maybe if she smiled... I loved her on NewsRadio.

She has that Susan Dey thing where there’s a huge, simian distance between the top of her upper lip and the bottom of her nose.

She's an excellent actress.

Yikes, she's aged SO MUCH since "The Affair."

But, so have I.

I love her (and Camryn Manheim) — she favors Sarah Silverman in OP’s post.

She also sort of favors Steven Tyler.

Mannheim somehow didn’t convey authority. When you think of S Epatha, she didn’t have a lot of screen time but she was very believable.

She was still playing a young mom, Kidman style, on The Affair not too long ago.

Maura looks much older than when she was on The Affair.

In Twisters she looked like she had fillers in her lips which was so out of character for the role she played.

The term "hatchetface" springs to mind.

Love her and she was the best thing about The Affair but I've been over Law and Order for at least 20 years.

She definitely has smoker lines around/above her mouth

They should've went with Kate Mulgrew who has played at least 1 character on the show.

I think she's very pretty!

She's been great on the first two seasons of American Rust. No idea if that show is coming back, the finale was shocking (to me).

She's almost 60 and had breast cancer some years ago. She looks good and is alive.

She'd look better with shoulder-length hair, though.

I loved the first season of American Rust but that second season went completely off the rails. I doubt it'll be coming back. Maura was always great though, very believable.

I love her but I’ve never cared for any of the Law & Order shows.

Why is Camryn leaving?

She's going back to the Mannheim Steamroller where she got her start.

I loved her in Iron Claw.

She looks almost as old and withered as that dried-up hermaphrodite Jamie Lee Curtis.

She's 59 years old. She actually looks pretty good for her age.

Maura lost her husband of 20 years when he came out. Then she had an affair with her costar Goran which ended when he had a passel of babies. Then she got breast cancer.
