Trump doesn't care whether he wins the election or not because he has a plan to win the election by throwing the election in to the House of Reps where each state gets one vote by their congressional delegations, more states have Republican congressional majorities that have Democratic majorities and that is unlikely to change. Any attempt to overcome that by Democrats will end up in the Republican controlled Supreme Court.

They have elections officials all over the country who will refuse to certify any results where Trump loses, the only results that will be certified are the ones where Trump wins the vote and areas where Democrats are in charge.
