Yes, Biden's running. And yes, Kamala will be president (eventually) should he win
The Biden camp wants the American voters to read between the lines. They believe it would be crass to blatantly point out the obvious.
It is safe to assume that those big name Democrats who have quietly fallen in line in support of Biden in the last week are all vying to be her VP. The position of VP is by appointment once Kamala ascends to the presidency following Biden's demise or his being removed from office per the 25th amendment. The appointment must be approved by Congress, as was the case with Nelson Rockefeller who was appointed as Gerald Ford's VP after Nixon resigned.

81 year olds shouldn’t be running, they’ll break a hip.

Biden is by far the best option to beat Trump in November. FDR had more serious physical challenges and still was reelected. If it turns out his aging or physical limitations means he has trouble fulfilling his presidential duties to the bets of his abilities, he can resign, Kala Harris can become president, and they can pick a new VP. The number one goal is to avoid a Trump reelection in 2024. There is no way Trump will be able to run again in 2028, he will be 82 and in full dementia if still alive.

I'd like it if Kamala started wearing a tiara.

Imagine a party that nominates Trump three consecutive times.

A propos of... well this situation, sort of. Trump may name J. D. Vance as VP. And the guy is an ambitious uber maga nutjob.
The others in the final 3 being considered, apparently, are Marco Rubio and the North Dakota governor whose name I can't remember but he's who I'm rooting for.
Back to la la land where Ms. Harris is our new comandante. If only...

I did. They won once, barely lost the second time, and will overwhelmingly win the third time because the Democrats are being held hostage by a senile bank robber.

Kamala Harris would make a fine President and far more capable than any kook that the Repubs would run as a VP.
Hands down.

Michelle Obama or Hilary Clinton would make a better U.S. President than Kamala.
Just my two cents.

In fairness to Biden, half the stuff he says are probably based on decisions and observations “confirmed” and “relayed” to him by his so-called advisors around him.

Good news everyone! R13 does not see Trump winning!
All hail R13, the person who bends reality to his will based on his gut intuition!
