DL fave Sydney Sweeney was done up like a Hitler Frauen in this (I guess the character probably would have been had she stayed in Germany long enough), but I'm intrigued. The reviews it got at Toronto seem to be mixed.

It’s because it’s directed by Ron Howard and people say this is not like anything he’s filmed and because of that it felt messy at times. Some people feel this material would have been better in someone else’s hands to Direct.

DL hates Sydney but I actually sort of like her. She's a basic bitch, and she knows it. The shameless, endless stream of brand partnerships she has is hilarious. The girl's not putting on airs and is getting that coin while it's hot. As an actress, I think she's one of the better among her peers.
