Well its fearlessness of humans will make it less fun to stalk and shoot. Just kidding, hunters don't actually hunt

She eats the seeds too.

I wish I had deer where I live. Unfortunately, I'm in the southwest so the only wildlife I see are coyotes, roadrunners, rabbits, and javelinas.

by Anonymousreply 4July 9, 2024 12:46 AM

Is that a black tail deer?

by Anonymousreply 5July 9, 2024 12:48 AM

The deer here are pests. They instinctively know which shrubs cost the most.

I hope the puss who took this doesn't get CWD from the dear deer.

There are deer in the Southwest, but unfortunately perhaps not where you live, R4. Sad.

I'll be honest I LOVE the deer. I don't like if and when they go into my garden and eat my vegetables and or vegetable plants. Some creature already ate some of a yellow squash then abandoned most of it on the ground- I doubt it was a deer. The deer would have eaten the entire thing.

The deer are welcome to ANYTHING else on my property.

That deer turned into a pee machine ten minutes later.
