He seems to be a bit of a shapeshifter, and has gone quite far in the world.
His original name is Charles McBride Campbell. He is from a crypto-conservative family of overachievers from Anderson, SC and was home schooled. His oldest brother was a Navy pilot who now produces high-end medieval cosplay events.
His background is branding and it seems that Charles’ greatest brand is his himself. He’s probably gay and running from it by recreating himself as some WASP jet setter/humanitarian like a modern day Peter Beard.
