You can't just "replace" a ticket. First of all, the $200 mil or so that Biden has to spend on the election gets flushed down the toilet. A new ticket would start with zero. Ohio tried to keep Biden off the ballot out of sheer pettiness and they would certainly do the same to a new candidate.
